It’s difficult to read this Bojangles because this is probably the first time out of the last five times I’ve been there that my chicken was very fresh and very good! The gentleman that serve me was in a black shirt so I’m assuming to be a manager he was very nice excellent but that being said, he was the only employee that I have encountered there within the last 3 months did I can honestly say did their job! The issue is normally the food is completely dried out never ever get what I order even when I go inside, the younger staff typically working nights there, shockingly seem to be better than older crew. The day staff needs to learn that the customer could possibly be right>>>at least once in a while! Why roll eyes and argue because I ask if your fries are fresh? Just keep that same energy….. BUT when I smile say “thank you, have a great day” (LOWKEY >>hoping that you’ll take a note on how to treat people ( keeping in mind that you’re 40 years old and should have known this before you ever got your first job) THE ABSOLUTE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS SAY IT BACK! OR HECK I WOULD BE COOL WITH A SMILE! Meanwhile, my fries were freezing cold and hard! I don’t like to complain I don’t fuss I have worked in restaurants! I was a manager for years, so trust that I understand & I get IT!!!! EVERYBODY has bad dayS, but if it’s that bad all the time and it’s the whole staff maybe it’s time for new surroundings! I guess in conclusion what I’m saying is Bojangles is awesome and Walkertown if you go at night…… GO DURING EVENING SHIFT and ONLY DURING EVENING SHIFT!

So I don’t know where to start! First the place is open for dine in unfortunately it is not updated on the website. The place need more cleaning, there was enough workers inside the restaurant but the food took a bit longer than usual, I got my meal, I ate it and I did not die so I guess it was ok! There was just no taste in the chicken and the fries were cold and didn’t test good! This location the food and service is not so good! I don’t know if the other locations are better or not but I will not find out.

Update! My wife actually worked here … Only the weekends. Let me tell you that if you want fast food this is the last spot you want to go to. Their place is always nasty, lazy, and nothing is fast about it. If anything the franchise should stop making buildings and start closing them so that they can actually have people there working. You sheep will do anything for convenience and food.

Service is very slow and unfriendly. Each time I go in, it seems most of the employees have bad attitudes. Uncomfortable atmosphere – you can tell the employees do not enjoy their jobs or each other. The place is unclean. I am thisclose to declining DD orders from this place because of the constant wait and lack of friendly customer service.

Pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted by an employee laughing as they “welcomed” me. Shrugged that off and placed my order for a steak biscuit combo to which they let me know there was no steak. Fine, sausage biscuit it is, no big deal.

I ordered a two piece leg and thigh, they had no legs i got the sweet tea taste like watered down plan tea the dirty rice was not seasoned and a little burnt and i asked for cole slaw and didnt get it great customer service though all know besides customer service that had a bad experience real bad and I was on my way to work

Just went thru the drive thru and had to pull into a spot. They had 5 cars pulled into spots waiting for food! Waited 20 minutes for my order and it wasn’t even hot. Never again!

Where do I start? First off I’m not a complainer. Everyone in this area has seen their business dwindle. Decided to give them another chance. Cook had headphones on dancing around . Food came from front. Ordered a Cajun filet biscuit with pimento cheese on it and seasoned fries $11. Had to throw away bottom of biscuit. It was like a man hole cover. Only thing that softened the top up was the pimento cheese. Chicken was dark brown and taste like it was cooked twice in the fryer ( need to change out grease). Used to be good. Drove by today and Biscuitville needed a cop to direct traffic. One person in drive thru at Bojangles and they drove off as I passed by. Please fix this owners. This is so sad.
