Yesterday me and my mother went here because it was convenient and we wanted to put a little something on our stomachs. We ordered 2 bo rounds and one tea and ended up paying 8 dollars. We were pretty mad because we could have probably gotten two biscuits for that price.

The employees are always polite, someone even tells me to be careful and drive safe. My order has never been wrong. I’ve left my debit card there accidentally and they had it in the safe for me when I returned to get it. The restaurant seems to be clean as well. I reccomend this Bojangles over any within a 50 mile radius. They act like they care about what they are doing.

Came in around 7 PM the other day, and by that point there was one other customer, only a few employees, and they were out of several items. The drink machine was also out of order. Staff was slow to getting orders ready, despite the said lack of customers, but overall friendly. I can’t really complain about the food, but generally just not a great experience.

I think that the team just had a mishap with there cooks tonight not keeping food out had to wait a whillllllleee but the managers made it right 100% gave all my food fresh had to leave a comment to thank the manager that helped get my food out fresh , young guy didn’t get his name was at like 8:00 pm shift

Probably one of the worst Bojangles I’ve been to they always get something wrong and I ordered a Cajun fillet club guy that made it didn’t even put lettuce or tomato I told them it was wrong so they took the same sandwich and slapped a tomato and lettuce mayonnaise on it and handed it to me I said would you eat that sloppy sandwich I asked for a manager he threw the sandwich away so manager couldn’t see it the manager walked up to window and I told her the problem as she never looked at me the whole time no apology at all worst Bojangles don’t go to this one in walnut cove
