This is our one-stop we have to go every time we are in North Carolina. We’ve been doing it for 7 years. I am still not happy they discontinued the best sauce they had, but we are still coming here. It’s a tradition. The biscuit, chicken, and Bo rounds were on point today at this location My daughter’s bestie had never been here, so we made it a first time today. She liked it as well. As we knew, she would. I ordered the 4pc tenders with biscuits, Bo rounds, and buffalo sauce. The staff here are friendly. It was clean as well. Family friendly. Dine in, carryout, curbside or online are available.

I have no problem paying for my food but what I’m not going to do is pay for food that I can’t even eat. I had to go back in and get both of my meals redid because they were old, dry and cold pee. Granted they fixed it without any questions or concerns. But I had to wait 15 more minutes to get fresh food

Terrible service. No answer when at the intercom so had to order at the window employees are hateful. One employee was blowing their nose while cooking. No silverware in the bag or napkins. I’m not one to complain because I know how working in the restaurant industry is. I felt as if the employees were vindictive. Standing around looking at us and took a while to even give us our gravy biscuit which is premade… Bojangles please do better about your employees

This place is the most nastiest restaurant ever. Some of the workers are cool but it’s pretty much a hit or miss. Yesterday, I ordered a three piece chicken and threw the entire of order away. My guess for the service being so horrible is that it’s ran by nothing but teenagers. Be advised!

Went here twice in less than 1 week. The first time, my son’s supremes were overcooked and they didn’t get my order right. I told the lady at the window and she claimed I didn’t tell her. The manager did correct it. The second time my husband brought food home and it was dry and I could barely bite into the chicken biscuit. I called. They offered a refund but I had to come in person. I haven’t been able to make it back yet. So.

One of my girls loves loves loves Bojangles!! Whenever we travel down South, I would get her some Bojangles. They will only eat dark meat, and because of 2 mistakes other Bojangles locations made, I always ask for them to double check the chicken in the box to ensure it is dark meat. The young lady at the drive thru was so kind to check, and she was friendly too. The Cajun beans was yummy! Green beans needed some salt. Biscuit was delicious as always. The chicken thighs were a bit fatty. My girl ate 2 thighs leaving me the drumstick, biscuit and beans . The chicken was yummy, too.

I arrived at place around 9:30pm and waited a long time to order a 2pc dinner. Since they said they were out of the 2 sides I settled for what they had. After waiting an addition 15-20 minutes in the drive thru behind 2 cars when I got to the window the girl said they were out of the pcs of chicken I ordered and they had tenders to which I declined. Why would they take orders for food they didnt have. Poor managment if any at all.

I went through the drive through. The woman handed me my coffee without the lid secured. It poured all over my hands and I had to drop it in the floorboard. While I’m screaming in pain, she shut the window and turned her back to it. I finally got her to open the window, and asked her a new coffee. She gave me a new one free of charge and some napkins, but then immediately shut the window again, without asking if I was okay or giving me time to ask for creamer. I used some ice my husband had for my hands, but they hurt for a while after. I didn’t need to go to a doctor or anything, but it hurt my feelings how she was rude, and wouldn’t speak, or give me a chance to speak, and kept shutting the window and putting her back to it. I love Bojangles food, but that particular one I will never go to again.

Hey I placed an order today at the Country Club Winston Location today. I placed it for a 4 pc supreme combo meal with seasoned fries and a sweet tea and my second order was a grilled chicken sandwich combo with fries also. When I was placing through the app it ordered for a complete wrong location. It was the peters creek location where it went to. My order was made completely wrong and my supremes came with bo rounds not fries. And also I got a fried chicken sandwich not grilled and didn’t get my fries or drink with the order. I really would like this disputed or if a manager can contact me about this.
