They season the fries at this one!!!! I hate that I have to drive further away for good Bojangles food but I’d rather have hot fresh food than what I usually get from other Bojangles. I went through the drive thru, was told there would be a 5 minute wait for fresh steak. No problem. It was exactly five minutes. The steak biscuit was fresh, the fries were hot, fresh and seasoned! Friendly staff. I will return here !!! Excellent job at this Bojangles!!

We ate breakfast and it was very clean and quiet. Way quieter than usual at a bojangles. Must be the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms and seating area. They are doing a good job.

Raw french fries ? Halfway down street look in my bag gonna eat a hot seasoned french fry…raw potatoes no seasoning. you would think that customer service would be important but Bojangles refuse to have good customer service no matter where you go the scores are a true reflection of what type of food y’all serve. Please take a look at Chick-fil-A’s customer service style…they are serious about taking care of their customers and they are making moves. Drive by one and observe…the lines flow…the staff dresses like they care and they actually smile and speak. This is NOT the time to provide bad service…

Lol obviously its hard to count back change. My food was $11. I gave her $21 but she put the dollar in her pocket and gave me $9. I said i wanted $10 back. She said i thought it was a tip. Smh…i told her to keep it cause obviously she wanted it really bad; and i gave another dollar to get back to $5. Lol she didn’t even do anything special to deserve a tip AND the biscuits were like rocks. Im cool on another visit and disappointed as well cause we dont have these in Ohio.

This location is near my job I’ve experienced old food 3 times in a row I try to give the the benefit but every time it never fails old food that can cause illness I’m not pleased and I will never support this store again cooperate must address this issue people are actually giving them a paycheck for the do us like this not once but 3x that’s it for me definitely lost a great customer

I haven’t graced this particular BoJs in a while. I swear to you that this will be the last. This is definitely a “hood” Bojangle’s. I was told that my order would be out to me in 7 minutes. After 12 minutes I go in. Order still not ready. I assume that it was the manager that states ” oh shoot, are those Supremes down?” Then was told another 3 minutes. Which once they were up, I had to wait on fries.

Pretty decent Bojangles location. It can be a little hit or miss with quality ( how hot things are or crisp). However, the seasoned fries, the biscuits, the Cajun filet sandwiches, the 6 supremes, the sweet potatoe pie, and sheer wine our next level.
