Service was mediocre and we were rushed through the drive-thru although they were not busy. The male cashier that received our money was friendly. I received what looked like small chicken nuggets instead of the supreme tenders. We did not receive the dirty rice we ordered and had to ask for it after the rest of our order came out. We still did not get a fork or spoon for the rice. We did not receive the bbq sauce we asked for, no napkins were given to us, and we did not receive any straws for our 2 drinks. Please pay attention to orders without rushing and make sure customers get what they asked for and need for their meals.

Just thought I’ll try to start back going to this location ..I knew I should’ve took my money else where.. biscuit so hard couldn’t even eat it.. also for this location to be not busy it still shouldn’t take 20 mins to get a sweet potato pie which also was told that there was no more Bo berries for the day … Im very disappointed cause I use to love bojangles…

This place just needs to shut down forever. They are constantly hiring new people that are only there for a check and have no will to actually perform their job. Bojangles food is good however, this place should not represent Bojangles in any form or fashion not to mention the performance grade here is constantly moving up and down sometimes the low 80s.

They slid my check card 10-12 times, no exaggeration. 2nd person came up and slid it 3 or 4 more times. Finally got it to go through. Apparently that machine needs to be replaced. The drink was NOT given for the kids meal. Didn’t realize it until we got to our destination. There were no cars in front of us and no cars behind us. No reason not to get our order right IMO. I asked for fresh hot fries. They were barely warm.

Wrong food, horrible service, staff more concerned with trying to hook up with some guys and just gave them our order. Then acted like it was our fault.went in and the staff inside were just as rude over 40 mins for chicken strips and tots . To be given a wing and grits. Then to have eyes rolled at me and huffed at when shown the receipt and shown how long it was already been. If I could I would give them negative stars.

Disappointed that prices on the kiosk didn’t match what I was charged. Employee working was the only window was open at lunch which delay people. Food was ok but could have fresher products. Didn’t complain about it because it would literally fall on deaths door, health department grade for restaurant had me thinking did I want to eat from this location. After paying for the order we were pulled into a curbside pickup spot which then i noticed it was 4 cars pulled already. Looking thru the drive thru window the fry cook pants was sagging and he his was hooked on his pants with AirPods in his ears which looked very disgusting. We ordered at 9:21 and did not receive food until 9:45 that’s after i went in and had to ask what was taking so long.

I can’t believe they’re still open. Always running out of food of particular items. Getting the orders mixed up taking a long time to get food prepared. They need a decent manager. food quality is not up to Bo’s standers.
