7/29 2:30pm Waited 45min for 2 chicken sandwiches while the manager/expo lady freaked out. 10 tickets hanging but never even tried to fill any of them except the first one that was missing an item. These employees need some serious training. I never complain at restaurants. I was food service for 17 years. I’ve never seen a more disorganized and ineffective expo person in my life. I was traveling up I-74 and just made a pit stop which put me 45 minutes behind on my 10 hour drive. Never even got any food I just left.

This Bojangles really churns it out for the lunch crowd! Restaurant was pretty crowded when we took a group of 4-H camp kids here for lunch at 11:30 today. Service was quick and staff members were courteous – even during what was an extremely busy time. Kudos to this store’s lunch crew!

The place was a mess, staff was yelling vulgarities at one another across the restaurant with no regard to whether any customers could hear. I also observed employees talking smack about an elderly gentleman customer who was asking about the freshness of the chicken as soon as he was out the door. I guess this is what we get for the next couple years until automation replaces fast food workers. Let’s hope AI has better manners.

Stopped through the drive thru while traveling on I-74 for lunch. I was served old, room temperature chicken during a lunch rush!! I also ordered a 1 piece chicken kids meal for my toddler. Instead of the chicken leg, two chicken tenders were in the box. Given the busyness of the lunch rush we didn’t complain and continued our trip. That said, the incorrect order and old chicken solidified this well earned, two-star review.

This location is horrible! Food is always overcooked and dried out. The Bo Rounds this morning were ridiculous. This is what I was given this morning after being asked to pull forward in the drive thru and waiting 10 minutes. I eventually had to go inside to get the order. I don’t know why I was asked to pull forward, but if it was for the Rounds, they could have at least ensured that I received them fresh. With their price increases and smaller servings, they really should be ashamed to serve a customer bad quality food such as this. They are off of a main hwy (220), yet they are never prepared for customer rushes, they are constantly running out of chicken and other food items and they are rude and slow. Get it together Bojangles!!!
