Have gone to this restaurant a few times and gotten black eggs. When I finally called to complain I was told very kindly my order would be replaced. When I came for a replacement I was told by Candi that we didn’t talk about replacing the fries on the order. She had a horrible attitude because her area manager told her I used to work for her and didn’t give “proper notice” TWO YEARS AGO!! She was very rude and told me that she is not a quitter. I am not sure what that has to do with them serving me trash food but I would not recommend this store to anyone.

As someone who cares about you… I have to let you know DONT GO HERE. LITERALLY THE WORST ATTITUDE FROM A MANAGER I HAVE EVER SEEN. If I could give zero stars, I would love to. THEY HIDE THEIR SANITATION GRADE! They give you dirty food and the general manager (Candi) will throw a full on tantrum if you tell her that your experience wasn’t good and you’d like not dirty food to replace your dirty food. I will definitely never come back here and more than likely never eat at Bojangle’s again. I’d rather eat at home than have someone be so rude and nasty to my family because they can’t handle their responsibility.

The food was hot and fresh. The service was good. The stuff was very friendly. We went in about 30mins before they closed the dining area but they were more then happy to let us in and they were more then happy that we stayed. They told us to stay as long as you want. They locked the doors when it was time for them to close. I never felt like they were rushing me to go. Great place and very friendly.

We came in this morning to get a quick bite to eat. A young blonde/brunette girl took our order. She was very rude to us with a massive attitude, talking back, making comments, and rolling her eyes. As my husband was ordering she kept rudely saying “Is that all” and he said yes- implying he was done ordering what he wanted. I was standing right next to him and I started to tell her what I wanted and I guess she had completed the order for my husband and was trying to complete the transaction and she looked at him and said “I just asked you if that was all” and rolled her eyes. We both stood there stunned for a minute and I said “you could be a little bit nicer” and she said “I was nice” before I gave her my order. We only got three combos so it’s wasn’t like we had a huge order. I work in customer service and it doesn’t matter if you are having a bad day- your customers don’t deserve this type of treatment. Keep your personal issues at home or just don’t work. I really hope this young girl learns some respect and manners. We weren’t rude in any way to her and didn’t need her attitude or disrespect.

They were out of country ham even though it was their special. Steak didn’t taste fresh. Fries weren’t fresh (barely warm). Most importantly, the young lady that was taking orders looked like she hated everything about her job!!!

Went thru drive-thru. Chicken strips were hot but dry and chewy. Fries were greasy and some looked like they had been in hot oil several times..way over done. Don’t plan to return.

This place has no form of leadership literally waited 30 minutes standing right in front of the counter for the lady to say oh I thought I gave you your food and then for it to be missing just about half of everything. it seems like every employee is doing there own thing and everyone is running around like chickens with there heads cut off absolutely do not recommend this bojangles someone from corporate needs to step in and at the very least train a manager.

Absolutely horrible. Most people agree that Bojangles has significantly declined in quality over the years but this experience was a new low. Ordered a Cajun chicken sandwich and fries. Bun was stale, tomato was melted, mayo was all over the place and the chicken was thin, cold and and so small it didn’t make its way outside the stale hard bun. Oh, the fries were also cold and soggy all I could taste was cold grease. Seriously it was the worst fast food drive thru experience of my life.

URINE!!! Had to update this review…the first smell that hits you when walking into the foyer is a nauseating URINE smell. Yuck! The men’s restroom is the NASTIEST bathroom, in a public eating establishment, I have ever encountered. They DO NOT have fried chicken in the morning? What? Biscuits not quite done this morning. Rhe staff were nice qnd pleasant. CHE+C is the bomb! Local and somewhat famous. Enjoy!
