The cashier was very friendly and accommodating. Offered me an alternative instead of having to wait on bo rounds. It was the breakfast rush so I didn’t mind waiting but really appreciated the consideration. And I could see great teamwork in the kitchen getting all of the orders done.

The rudest people you can imagine work at this location. It’s so bad, you can hear the attitude over the drive through speaker. Plan on your food being wrong and almost certainly cold. Way too much to ask to be politely greeted or thanked for your business. Plenty of other locations in the area to choose from, I’ll never visit this one again. The only way to fix this location is to fire everyone there and start all over. No wonder the parking lot was empty and only 2 cars in the drive through including mine.

The food was great. Bojangles in my opinion has the best chicken. The place had friendly guess but not a lot of people at one time. The service was bad. The wife and I got our meals at a slightly longer then should time with no one in line. I had a large side order of dirty rice. Didn’t get it until 10 to 15 min after our meals. My wife even got up and had to ask about it and still didn’t speed then a long. Also it seems more often then not they are low or out and waiting on more chicken to cook.

I am a doordasher. They had me wait for half an hour with no updates about my order. Then the lady at the front told me they couldn’t find the ticket. I contacted doordash, and they said the order was sent. I even showed my phone. The manager came over and was very rude. She said they didn’t have my order. When I asked if I should unassign or if they could make the food from my phone, she just made a face, shrugged and said, “I don’t know, I’m not doordash,” and walked off with an attitude. Very unprofessional, and several other people were waiting with no help from anyone for longer than 10 minutes. The lady at the front apologized to me and said that it isn’t her that doesn’t care but management that won’t help anyone and that was made clear when the manager gave me an attitude after making me wait for half an hour.

Waited in the drive thru with 5 other cars. Gave up on the long wait and went inside where there was 8 people working. Had one worker say “I don’t get paid enough to worry about that”, referring to the long drive thru line. The last two times I came here, the line was equally as long and just drove away. Food was good but may not be worth the wait.

Every single time my family decides they want chicken it’s Bojangles. So I went to the one on Church street they only had supremes and thighs. So I left there to go to the one by the crib. I ordered the 8 pc tailgate with dirty rice, mashed potatoes and gravy, and individual Cajun pintos. Man when I got home and opened the box… The chicken was small, dry, and had no flavor. Let’s not get on the sorriest dirty rice I’ve ever had in North Carolina. Then the Cajun pintos were dry.. no juice… Slightly hard… The best part about the meal was the BUTTERMILK BISCUITS!!! Go to Carlie C’s if you want some decent fried chicken.. the best in town.. Shout-out to the friendly lil lady at the window.
