Very disappointed today. Usually love Bojangles. No fries, no Bo sauce, got mashed potatoes instead. Don’t usually order this and was surprised they put sausage gravy on it. Husband got pintos. They just poured them all over the plate. Didn’t drain them. Chicken sitting in sauce. Really sloppy. Should have been in a cup. The saving grace, at least was all hot.

This place was so busy when I walked in and even though they were busy they worked as a team getting the line down thoroughly. I understood them being a few minutes off because the drive thru was packed; but I appreciate the hustle of moving it along fast. I would recommend that if you have anxieties you order on the app so you can avoid the long lines and the fast paced movements. Great hustle, the entire team there this evening on Good Friday deserves a raise and a weekend off! Shout out to the gentleman that brought me a new wrapping for my sandwich when the bag got wet! This is teamwork at its finest!

We went to this Bojangles because it seemed like the best one in town. The cashier was excellent she gave us great service. There was a bit of a wait for fries but that was alright. However things turned sour when it was 9:15 pm. We were told by someone without a name tag wearing a black shirt, she looked like a cook, that she has to kick us out because they are closing the inside. We were half way in to our meal and only have been sitting down for about 10 mins, but we got our things and left, only to find out that the dining room closes at 10pm. A whole 45 mins from that time. If you want to feel like you where robbed in more than one way this is the place for you an your family

The absolute worst store they have. Doesnt matter if it is 8am or 12noon, they have horrible drive thru times, the orders arent right and I just saw where they have a 91 grade for the health department. I satthere for 10mins in line waiting for my order of only a large side of dirty rice. This is after sitting for antojher 10mins just to order and I wa the 3rd from the menu board. watched one drive off beofre I got to order and I figured our why when I got t the window. This store is pathetic, not going back to that one.

I ordered a family meal with extra sides and I must say the food was terrible. The rice was dried out. The chicken was dry as if it had been under the heat lamp all day smh. I never got gravy with my potatoes so the whole meal was a waste of money. I use to love Bojangles but now it’s not even worth the money. Employees had terrible attitudes and they definitely lack customer service skills. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

The sign says come on in but when I go in, there is no one working the front register. The employee asked if I could go out and come through the drive thru. I told him if I left out the door I would be going somewhere else and he was ok with that. The reason for me going inside in the first place was because I wanted to dine-in not eat in my car. Plus the drive thru was empty

I have given this Bojangles many chances. Went through the drive through today and my husband received this on his chicken biscuit… I don’t know what this is, but this is unacceptable. He ordered two of them and after noticing a weird taste with the first one, he opened the second one to find this. Unacceptable. I pray he doesn’t get sick. My fries were mostly burnt, short and hard, like they came from the bottom of the barrel. I will not be back at this location. I’m VERY disappointed.

Attempted to order via drive through but they didn’t have Anything. Appears that the staff stop making food at 9pm and tells customers that they can’t order items because they are out. Utterly ridiculous.
