I stopped here on my way to the air port, the service was quick and the lady at the window was nice and polite. Though the food, on the other hand. I know prices are going up. I paid 7 dollars for a biscuit with half a strip of bacon and 3 Bo rounds. There was more biscuit then there was anything. The service was the only thing good about this place.

The sign said open for dining and drivein til 10pm. Doors were lo locked ay 730pm only drive thru open. Disappointing. We wanted a break from being in car so don’t come here for indoor dining.

Gave me food poisoning today 3/26 and I called to inform them, wasn’t trying to obtain a refund or food replacement, just wanted to let them know in case anyone else called. Upon speaking to the rude lady on the phone I heard the manager saying in the background “how does he know its food poisoning without going to the hospital?” Complete lack of customer service at this location and the store is dirty so I see how I got sick. All around horrible experience from their gross undercooked food. I called the lady a rude b****

Sat in line for 20 min (only 4 cars in front of us) get to window to get my food (Supreme salad) started to leave looked in the bag and it was spinach (and not that much of it). Get out to go inside (completely irate) and the lobby was closed. Went back around to the speaker told them I was extremely upset, they said to pull around they’d fix it. 20 more minutes in line again!! Get to window and I went off about the wait, the food and that no one would just meet me at the front. They said they changed their salads to spinach I went off again told them I wanted my money back. I did get it back but no apology no nothing!! This wasn’t even a 1/4 of a “salad ” and sure isn’t what was expected! Bojangles has lost my business!

My Bo-rounds are not remotely warm. And I had to pay 48 cents a piece for two little packets of honey mustard. So I’ll look elsewhere next time, I don’t like to be gouged. What a rip off.

We stopped at the Concord Boj and waited five minutes without knowledgement. So jumped back in the truck and headed down the road and pulled in here. Lil Chris greated me within a minute, took my order and went to get the sweet potato pies in the back. I’ll add here they were delicious, within cinnamon sugar and butter brushed on the top. Not all Boj’s offers this so it was an added bonus! My husband has a red meat allergy so preparing changed his gloves for us and all staff were very nice, prompt and attentive! We were back on the road with our to go order in minutes!

Didn’t have no fries, ham, a couple more items were not available as it was hard to order different meals and it took 5 minutes on Bo Rounds to cook, wasn’t happy to keep ordering different sandwiches and one or other was out.
