I pre-order and drive through quite often and I have to say, the morning staff is absolutely the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are very kind when I call, and when I arrive, everything is aways ready, the food is great and they always have napkins and condiments packed in as well. I hate other restaurants because they don’t ever do that even when you ask. 5 stars is not enough to give the morning crew but that’s as high as this will alow. GREAT JOB!!!!

There is always a line, This place takes absolutely forever go to anywhere else besides this place they take forever to bring the food out to you. There are so many people waiting in their cars and yet the drive-through people. Get their food and leave before anyone else gets their own food who has waited before the others. This has happened multiple times and I am done giving this place any more chances. There appears to be a persistent queuing issue at this establishment, as patrons are consistently forced to wait an inordinate amount of time for their orders to be served. Despite the high volume of customers who queue in their vehicles, it has been observed that those utilizing the drive-through service are served and depart expeditiously, leaving others who have been waiting for longer periods without their orders. This recurring issue has transpired on multiple occasions, leading me to conclude that I can no longer afford to patronize this establishment.

This Bojangles is great. I live between Arcadia and Clemmons; I travel the area of the Oliver’s Crossing Bojangles on Peters Creek and the Clemmons Rd Bojangles, both are horrible, I gave up on them and no longer go to them at all.
