Gave us some inedible, dry food. The chicken was so old and dry it was hollowed out and dark brown inside. Also, even though all drinks are the same price, the cashier decided to make my drink a small one and give my husband a large one for some reason and make me wait so she could get the smaller cups… so disappointed.

Ordered 4 pc supreme for $11 and they really gave me half filled bag of fries and what looks like halves of the tenders instead of 4 whole ones. They literally counted a nugget as my tender. For $11?

Absolutely the dirtiest Bojangles I have ever seen. Soon as we walk in the door a female employee looks at us and says she is not helping us. The gentleman who did help us was polite but then it was even more downhill after that. Everything in the kitchen was dirty, stuff all over the floors. Then the drink dispenser was overflowing water everywhere, sweet tea dispenser was just empty in the corner. All trash cans were overflowing. No napkins in napkin holders. Next the dining room had a layer of grease on every table, all window seals had dead bugs, food and trash on 1/3 the tables. It literally looks like nobody has cleaned this place in months. After sitting down and taking this all in I decided it’s probably a bad idea to try the food so just left it on top of overflowing garbage cans. I usually like to give places a fair chance but this is just pure laziness by the employees, half them were just sitting around and talking. The health department needs to stop here ASAP.

Ordered a right piece family meal,. Biscuits were hard as bricks and didn’t get the gravy for our mashed potatoes. Didn’t find out till I got to the house. Cole slaw, green beans and chicken were tasty. Otherwise the rating would be lower. Kinda sad when they weren’t even close to being busy.

I won’t ever return to this location, The chicken was totally burnt, and you could tell that the oil hadn’t been changed. When I tried to return my order, the manager refused to give me my refund until I asked for cooperate. He only refunded me back $ 4 instead of the $8.96. He tried to force me to choose food item. The rudeness and the disrespect was uncalled for, the burnt smell stayed in my car for at least 3 days. I’ll never return to this establishment.

I have given this Oak Ridge Bojangles multiple tries in the last year and they failed each time. It is all due to poor management. Missing items each order and extremely slow order fulfillment. One order took over 50 minutes to complete. I even saw customers walk out after waiting 10 minutes to be served. I don’t blame the franchise or the employees. It is obvious that the employees are not trained properly and the kitchen is unorganized.This restaurant needs a shake up.

Worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to do not eat at this location. Food was room temperature wasn’t even warm. Got money back from manager manager didn’t even care. Called the health department hopefully they can get this place straightened out. Regional manager will be called next.

A few weeks ago, we ordered the 8 piece box meal. Got home and we were missing a breast. We didn’t call or complain. But I am now because today, Hubs ordered 3 sausage and egg biscuits to take to his fishing buddies. He counted 3 biscuits and left. Sadly, the biscuits were under cooked. No golden crispy tops or edges. They were so pale on the outside and the inside was on the edge of being doughy. I checked other locations and they all seem to be doing badly. The District Managers better get involved before it’s too late.

We’re here at Oak Ridge Bojangles now and while ordering at the speaker the young boy asked me to repeat half my order. I did just that, he then said speak up I can’t hear you. So I said it louder. He then said, there’s no need for that, I still can’t hear you. So I asked if it would be better for me to pull up and order at the window and he said yes. I pulled around, to him having an attitude. I started giving him my order and the automatic window closed. He then through his arms up and walked off running his mouth. 2 other sweet young ladies came to the window and took my order. I asked one what was the reason for his attitude? She looked embarrassed and shrugged her shoulders. His immature behavior UNCALLED FOR. I’m sure he would had heard me one of the first 3 times if he had not had an AirPod in his other ear. Hire better help Oak Ridge, and get rid of him.
