I stop by here around 9:10 AM on a Friday morning. There was several cars in one of the drive-thru lines. Initially, it looked like there was only 1 line until I drove around and I saw that the 2nd drive-thru allow was empty, in which I went to the speaker. I ordered and got a sausage biscuit combo with fries and a sweet tea (no ice). I paid at the first window and got my food at the second window. The person didn’t greet me or anything. She just handed me my food. After I receive my food, I said, thank you to the person working, and they did not say anything back. I thought that was kind of rude. Nonetheless, I drove off and proceeded eat my food. My fries was on the warm side but they were well seasoned and I could tell they were fresh. My sweet tea was good. I got it without ice because sometimes it’s not sweet enough and the ice makes it watery. As I finished up my fries, my hunger went away. Thus, I saved the sausage biscuit to eat at another time.

Forgot our chicken giveing us only our sides and drinks. The mash potatoes were good but the gravy was “jellied” and tasted more like the fryer then the grease. We got 3 orders of fries each order was so either over fried or over heated. All in all yes we shoulda went back and get our chicken but when they do that bad on the sides id rather just eat a bowl of corn flakes then go back

Great location and food is very consistent. I enjoy the 3 piece tenders meal. Plenty of good sides besides just fries like most places. Easy to get to and parking was good

Walked in and was told be with you in a minute then after 5 minutes waiting some more patrons came in and same guy in a black collared shirt says thank you for your patience someone will be right with you then shortly after that some more patrons came in and I still haven’t had my order taken and the same gentleman in the black collared shirt laughs and says good luck. I then just walked out at this point. I have never seen unprofessionalism like this.

Most of the time, this place is out of items, whether it’s food or drinks. I went one day and waited for over 20 minutes, and nobody ever said anything at the intercom other people behind me were leaving, and all I said was they must not have any workers today, and someone then got on and basically told me off and said it’ll be a few minutes. When I got there, no one else was there. That’s not even the worst part I personally have friends that have been served raw food; it looked fine on the outside but was completely raw inside. I’ve thought for a while now Bojangles isn’t what it used to be since they were acquired in 2019. However, this location is exceptionally bad and probably should have never opened.

No one answered at drive thru for 8 minutes. Drove to window saw no employees but three patrons were in dining room eating. Finally girl walked up said she was in the restroom and was only employee there. No apology. Left without placing order. They have the worst service and employees ever. Made my last trip.

Horrible food, will make you sick everytime. And the staff if worse. Waited in line for over 40 minutes. And 3 cars in front of me, plus me all got the wrong orders. And not even a busy time of the day. If you don’t want to get sick don’t eat at this specific location. They’re also prone to undercook food and seem to not care.

They are always OUT of something regardless of what day or time you stop by this location. On two separate visits I have seen more underwear than I care to see (1) was from a big guy who had holes all in his pants (2) from a young girl who had to keep pulling them up in between dropping and fixing food. When I walked in for what I sure will be my last time (2) bottles of water, left over food laying on the table, broom on the floor, and seat pulled out right before you walk up to order. One girl on her phone the other two just moving slow as a turtle and the other young man was making biscuits. After waiting for a long period of time Mohamed finally came up to take the order he had a hard time processing the feedback provided to him. The order was incorrect after waiting another long period of time. I know hard work is easy to find now and days and you need all that come in. But when you specialize in chicken and the skin won’t stick b/c whomever is preparing has no clue it makes for a terrible outcome. I have given the drive thru and take out several times to get it right. This entre staff needs some professional development training. I would also suggest management to help them get some attire that fit. It’s not healthy to keep pulling up your clothes while preparing food not changing gloves nor washing your hands. This location is beautiful and fairly new but the service and quality is beyond poor. I didn’t even want to give this location one star.
