Waited 10 extra mins for fries and they come with no seasoning at all! They always forget something when you come thru the drive-thru it’s either your sauce, straws, forks or napkins or all of the above this Bojangles location quality has gone downhill over the years maybe it’s bad management

Could not really rate the atmosphere cause I went thru the drive thru.However, the girl running the drive thru was very rude and short. She act like she was doing us a favor by allowing us to buy food there. I will not go there again. She needs education in the customer service department. The food was very good.But I dont need to deal with an attitude just to order Bojangles food. Lot of other ones to go to.

Fluffiest, freshest biscuits I’ve ever had at any Bojangles. They’re usually kind of flat but these were amazing. Maybe a tad slow with service but the food was good and service friendly.

I went with word-of-mouth on stopping here when in this area. Geez, I wish I hadn’t listened. This place is the worst Bojangles I’ve been to yet. Out of many menu items at 12:15pm. Service was mediocre. Lady at cash register had zero personality and looked everywhere but us when we ordered. She atleast said thank you in the worst I-cant-stand-you-are-here tone. Employees were fussing at each other loudly in the back. Seriously thought a fight was about to break out. I will say the only positive was the lady that gave me the food had an awesome attitude, but I’ll never be back to this one. Shut it down Bojangles!!!

I really like Bojangles, especially when I’m in the south. But, this place had the worst service ever!!! I think it was because they are so short-staffed. We stopped through on Friday evening headed to Wilmington, NC. The drove thru was crowded..ok..the person was rude..maybe she was agitated because she seemed to be working real hard. We finally got our food, it was good. We stopped back thru Sunday morning. Lawd, the line inside was so long. The person that appeared to be the manager had NO control of the staff. The cashier was taken off the register to get orders ready. We waited, but she never came bac. We left!!

Need to teach your employees the parts of a chicken, menu says leg and two thighs. Couldn’t understand the cashier mumbling behind the mask that she wasn’t even wearing properly so all it was doing was making her hard to hear.
