I dont know what is going on at this location but I’ve had to get a few of my orders remade. The employees who were there on the night of Valentine’s day were rude and my meal still was wrong after waiting an additional 15 minutes for fresh food. The tea tasted as if they got dirty water and added it to my drink. My biscuit was undercooked and the staff told me to reheat it in my oven when I called to tell them. I will NEVER eat here again.

Another terrible location. The woman taking the order hated life. Very rude to us and others. Completely unenthused and obviously doesn’t want to work. Took forever to get the food and of course it was wrong when we got it. No greeting as usual and no apology when the order was wrong.

Coming here is very hit or miss. When it hits, the chicken is hot, the fries properly salted, and everything’s in the box. When it misses, I really misses. Either the chicken is cold or the fires have zero seasoning or way too much seasoning.I’ve noticed that if you order more than one item something will be missing, be it one boxes biscuit, ranch, or a chedderbo if you ordered one. The staff ain’t always the friendliest as well.

Chicken was cold and old, fries were like chewing gum. Drive-thru service was horrible. Young lady taking our order was rude and could care less about the customer, order accuracy, responding, or really anything from what I observed. If you live in the area, save yourself from wasted time and frustration at this location and visit the LaGrange restaurant instead. At least the staff there are friendly , make attempts to get your order right, actually SPEAK and RESPOND to you, and want to help you.

Chicken was cold and from day before. It looked and tasted like it had been fried day before and double dipped in batter and refried. My order was wrong. Workers were rude to customers, my wait time was 30 minutes or longer and I was expecting to get fresh hot food. Very disappointed and a waste of my money, purchased lunch for my family and the food could not be eaten.

Absolutely abysmal service. The worst service I’ve received from any Bojangles I’ve ever been to. Not one ‘thank you’, not one ‘have a good day’, not even a smile. My biscuit was hard and crunchy, fries extremely overseasoned and lukewarm at best. I’d recommend this place only if you enjoy bad service and bad food.
