Been driving on the interstate all night and and I saw online where this location opened at 5:30am. I pulled to the drive through at 5:34 and an extremely rude employee came across the PA and said come back in 20 minutes. I didn’t have time to wait so I went back to the interstate to search out another Bojangles. Rude employee could have handled things better.

Mistakes happens, I understand. But what matters is how you resolve it. I ordered 2 bacon egg & cheese biscuits, took 15 mins to get the food which is fine but they didn’t add the eggs on the biscuits. This is actually the 3rd time they’ve made this mistake. Went inside and the cashier said she’ll make sure it gets remade, but another lady (probably the manager) came and said they won’t remake it but will make the eggs separately to put on there. Why??? No clue. They gave me a container of the eggs and I struggled to put them inside the biscuit because the eggs were extremely hot and falling apart and as well as the biscuit. Would’ve just been better to remake the 2 biscuits. Definitely killed my mood and do NOT recommend this location.

Waited in drive thru for twenty minutes, for an order of a supreme dinner to be totally screwed up. Drink was wrong, fries were missing all together, no straw or napkins. Had to ask for the requested sauce.This has become over time, one of the worst Bojangles in all of eastern NC.

after we ordered, we waited almost 20mins for just our drinks then an additional 15 for our food. It was not a busy day, in fact the would make other people’s orders before ours despite us ordering first. The severs where quite rude.
