I went through drive through doing lunch hour yesterday they weren’t extremely busy I ordered my food got to window and was asked to pull up because I asked for fries no seasoning I pulled up and waited almost 15 minutes for fries ! The lady who was cleaning parking lot brought my food no bag no gloves I had several orders because I was picking up for myself and coworkers. They handed my drinks with no cup tray luckily I have several cupholders in my car I had to use front and back. When I got back to work I had the smallest chicken wings and they were lukewarm warm not even hot and fresh and it was lunch time. I asked for honey and ketchup they put hot sauce and ketchup in box. They did not give me a receipt and when I asked for one I was told I didn’t need one if order was right ♀️ Overall I had an unpleasant experience with this restaurant.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with their intercom to take orders at drive thru. Every time I come here I can never hear the person taking my order. It’s like they have the head set a foot from their face or something. Could learn thing or two from Chick Fil A service standards. Always forgetting sauces in the meals.

Waited 3rd in line at drive thru from the window 1 st car waited about ,9 min for their food . Think they should have parked them and cleared out the line. Finally got my order chicken strips 2 piece’s were hot other one and biscuit was not. Ordered unsweetened tea. Got sweet tea. Drive thru in general give you what they want you to have not what you ask for. Sad

Food was hot and fresh, but not delicious. Spicy chicken sandwich was bland. Fries were seasoned, but dry. Sprite wasn’t the best tasting drink choice.

This has to be THE WORST BOJANGLES I’ve ever been to and I worked at one for years so I’m familiar with what the food should taste like. The chicken tenders taste old. Not like that had fried it and let it sit for hours old, but like when you use old raw chicken that was left out thawing for too long. The only great thing was the biscuit. I believe I was only given like half a serving of fries and every bojangles that I’ve gone to in the past 2 yrs or so when I ask for lemon in my tea I NEVER get it and this time was not the exception. Never going back to this boj tho. My mom had warned me about it bc they had a bad experience about a month ago as well. Even the Texas Pete was disgusting!
