Chicken, Biscuits and Sweet Tea… Oh My! The Boj on Memorial by Lowes in Greenville, NC is quite possibly as close to perfection as a Bojangles can be. Apart from the delicious chicken and.hand crafted biscuits, brought to life by Master Biscuit Makers, the staff is polite, amazingly fast and eager to ensure you have a memorable dining experience. And that Cinnamon Twist is fire!!!

Order my food, after 10 min, I ask them where is my food, they lost my ticket so they asked me what I had, then they made i got my food got in the truck to eat my sausage egg & cheese biscuit and it was so dried out, look like it was sitting under the heat lamp all day. I mean “Come on man”. I am not one to complain but dam. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN.

I ordered an 8 piece tailgate special along with an 8 piece dark box. I went up to the window and some girl in the back yelled out, “SHE WANTS AN 8 PIECE TAILGATE AND AN 8 PIECE BOX???!!!” The cashier confirmed my order and that girl walked up to the window and asked the same question to me with the same exasperated tone of voice, and when I said, “Yes, please,” she yelled out, “Oh my God” or something like that before shaking her head and walking away. I ordered 16 pieces of chicken total. Not every single piece of chicken in the restaurant. They’re a chicken restaurant. Apart from breakfast that’s mostly what they serve. They should have that much chicken either ready to go or ready to drop. It would be no different if I had ordered the tailgate and then the person behind me ordered the same thing??? I was even fine with waiting, since I tend to do that often at this restaurant. That girl’s attitude was just not it. Now granted, I probably could have just ordered a 20 piece tailgate, but what? Would she have still been mad at me then for ordering something that’s on the menu????

Waited in the drive-thru for almost 12 mins. Asked for a Cajun cheese filet sandwich and got a cajun filet on a plate with cheese…No Buns! Then when I came back around they just gave me the buns not even offering to redo the whole sandwich. Was waiting for one sandwich for over 30 minutes.

This location needs an overhaul of staffing. The person taking the order was rude, the other staff members were scream laughing in the background over the drive thru microphone, and the wait time with 3 cars in front of me was 30 minutes. 4-5 cars drove away from being tired of waiting during that time I was sitting there. My card was then charged twice for a lackluster meal. The chicken strips are now half the size they used to be, for a larger price. Complete waste of time and money, I recommend anywhere else.

Ordered doordash, dasher was right there she pulled up less than 5mins after order was placed. They told her they gave my food to another dasher. Doordash refunded me. I reordered the exact same thing over. New dasher get there and they tell her order has been picked up, this dasher was close by as well. Doordash called and then they didn’t want to make the order.

This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt I gave it 2 stars only because my wait time was under 6 minutes in the drive thru. I don’t see how the workers deal with that not truck friendly low little drive thru window. I felt so bad for the worker who had to bout break his back and neck to talk to me. It was 2 cups on the ground under the window I guess drinks have been dropped handing them to customers. Food was hot but request for lite seasoning on fries was ignored. Hopefully corporate will update this place very soon!!!

I ordered a Bojangles steak and egg biscuit. I had to carry it back twice because my biscuit kept falling apart when I picked it up. They had to replace my biscuit twice before they got it corrected with a third biscuit.. The staff was nice and professional…
