Drive thru had cars in line so I parked and went in. I was third in line. I ordered two double ham biscuits and two BoBerry biscuits. After waiting about twenty minutes I received my bag and I left. When I got home I had one single ham on an undone biscuit and a ham (single) and egg biscuit with my BoBerrys. This location has had time to work out these problems.

This is a brand new Bojangles which for those of us that drive a truck is truck accessible and fantastic very nice restaurant thought the food was very good staff was very active in getting orders and food out I had ordered the barbecue sandwiches, picnic fries, sweet tea. The sandwiches were good but the fries were barely warm I should have checked them before accepting them and the restaurant was clean.

This location has many issues that I’ve reached out to corporate about. The food freshness is dependent on the time of day. In the morning the food is always hot and fresh. The later it gets, the worse the freshness is. Fries are stale, the biscuits are stale. Tried to go here for dinner the other night and the dining room and drive-thru sere both closed, it was only 7:30pm. Previously i’ve gone inside and one of the ladies locked the door behind me so no one else could come in. I understand being short staffed, but it’s unacceptable. Wait times are ridiculous when going through the drive-thru.

This location has a double drive thru and I sat there patiently waiting in line for over 10 minutes. No one in front of me in either lane had their order taken during that time and no vehicles were in front of them. I backed up, parked and went inside. The food was ok but not “Bojangles worthy”. Whoever owns this location should be thankful that a truck stop in right next door, otherwise I don’t think it would survive.

This is my tenth time here into the dining room and they have yet to have condiments (ketchup, mustard) available. Wait time for Bo’Rounds was almost 10 mins (and my sandwich got cold during the wait) No gravy for biscuit and gravy which is what i originally came in for. Cashier was great though.

Burnt biscuit and the service was the slowest I have ever seen for a restaurant where employees outnumbered customers 2 to 1. Was there for almost an hour and the dining room had no tea the entire time. Very clean though. Both the dining room and mens restroom were spotless.

This place has gone downhill FAST use to be very good with fresh food but now no! I’ve went twice around lunch time & my food is ALWAYS cold!! The tea has been tasting like a hint of Coke is in it ????!!! This food is too expensive not to be fresh. I’ll be driving to Nashville before I stop here again.

Not to be a Karen, but the fries are never fresh and today my biscuit wasn’t done. I’ve tried to give this place a chance since it opened, but their food always taste old or undone. Even when I’ve asked for fresh food, I didn’t get it.

Fast, friendly service with nothing but smiles. Food was amazing. The bacon was perfect, in my opinion. Crispy, but not burnt. Bo berry biscuits are nice to save for later as a dessert.

Horrible experience. Was pulled out of line to wait for cinnamon twists 2 times. Cashier was on the personal cell phone the second time we came through. Messed up our order. After waiting for 15 minutes I had to go inside to remind them I was waiting for my food. From hearing the employees after I walked in, management at this facility needs to be reevaluated.
