They need to put up a large sign saying the inside is closed. Just while sitting in the drive-thru line I saw 14+ different vehicles drive up and get out only to find the doors locked. Many were elderly and struggled to get in and out of their vehicles.You lost 14+ customers in just the first 15 minutes I was in drive-thru. They did not get in the drive-thru because that was backed out to the street and the wait was ridiculous. Food was good. They put a lid on my cup that had no hole for a straw.

Undoubtedly the slowest wait staff in any fast food service. When I ask what was going on, I was told most people wants a dark brown biscuit and that takes time. I’ll just leave that along. Then we waited in line and people kept coming and going and we’re still waiting they lost our ticket, got a refund and left. No doubt the most poorly run fast food joint in Washington NC.
