Went there to get a cheddar Bo combo which i specifically asked for fresh. Waited almost 10 minutes to get my food and the fries were stale, Biscuit was definitely not fresh at all. I worked there years ago and the food was ALWAYS fresh. Since then it has gradually gotten worse. It’s sad but they will not be getting my money anymore.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE , they make biscuits in the shape of hearts that don’t cover the inside meat at all and it’s paper thin , they are cheating you out of your money $4 for a heart shaped biscuits that doesn’t even cover the chicken I mean look at the photos I used to buy breakfast for my poor old grandparents every morning from this location , they have a sign up saying they are low on change and expect you to round up your money to cover it but give you a tiny heart shaped biscuit to cut back on store cost,

Someone needs to call upper management and just clean house. It was dirty. Wait was ridiculous. Food order was wrong. The cashier let a personal friend jump 4 people who had already been waiting 30 minutes for food. Just all around horrible.

Service is extremely slow. I ordered a 12 pc wing, and it took 10 mins. Even though the wings were right next to her. Also ordered a 2pc breast meal. I had a feeling she got it wrong, so I opened the box and moved some things around to see that my order was messed up. I took it back to the counter and told her it was wrong and that i had touched the food. She still put it back in the tray. There was a guy in the back who was making breakfast sandwiches with his bare hands. Never going back.

Horrible service. Third time in a row that we have tried to get a 12 piece bo box of chicken and they decide to skimp out and give us chicken tenders instead. I paid for a full meal. Let’s not mention the fact they skimped on a side of dirty rice too. Once, I can forgive. This is the 3rd time in a row they have done the same thing. Absolutely finished with this company in this area. I will drive an hour elsewhere just to get bojangles if I want it. At least there they will actually give me what I pay for.

Lobby closed before 5pm which lead to a 33minute wait (for only 10vehicles in front of me) yielded a box of disappointment. The breading fell off all of the “supreme” tenders, they were barely warm and hardly wider than their “cajun” fries that of which had no seasoning.
