Just received some of the WORST customer service I have ever had in my life. I came through the drive through and got two combos, both of which I ordered a large sweet tea, and luckily I tried the teas before I drove off and both were unsweetened. I politely asked the employee to exchange the teas and she then caught the biggest attitude back and argued with me that they were sweet and were poured from the sweet tea urn. She asked me what else I wanted to drink so I said “sweet tea” because that’s what I paid for, and yet again she continued to argue. I then asked for an extra sauce, and she tried to charge me for it, but since I was unable to get the tea that I paid for, I was not going to pay for another sauce. I asked her politely again for another sauce considering I she refused to give me another tea, and with the utmost attitude she stated “we’re out.” when they clearly were not. After that, I drove off because I truly could not handle any more disrespect without being disrespectful back. I work in food service and I genuinely cannot fathom how someone could be this nasty to a customer. I have grown up in this town and have gone to this Bojangles for years and they will not be recieving my business ever again. Took about 5 minutes for one of the staff members to even acknowledge I was at the register.Probably one of the worst run establishments I’ve ever been to. Boxes all over the counter, no buns for the chicken sandwich. The amount of boxes on the counter made it look like you were at someone’s house who was in the process of moving. I regret eating. I was hungry, but after the fact, I was disappointed in myself for accepting this service.

First time eating a Bojangles period. After all the reviews from friends and folks, let me just say this lived up to it all. Got a few different things off the menu. My favorite I believe was the number 7 the spicy chicken sandwich that was good to be honest. The chicken was the perfect amount of spicy. The biscuit was not to try. Honestly it was great. I loved the food here customer service was great. Cashier was patient since I had never been to a Bojangles before and even recommended something which was nice. It was CLEAN I ate inside and it was nice and clean. Also the drink selection was good wish they had coke products but can’t complain overall will be back again.

Eaten here for years but it has really gone down. Drive thru is rude and short and have poor communication skills. They are often out of things. Very poorly run now. I left after being snapped at and drove over to New Hope location.

Waited forever for food just to be given old chicken supremes. We do not mind waiting for food but cold food!?! When called to talk to manager he said go ahead and eat the sides while they were hot and come back up there and get some hot chicken supremes. Justin, you obviously do not have a family.

Went through the drive-thru line and ordered two large sweet teas with combo meals. Paid extra to upgrade both drinks. Received unsweetened tea and politely asked for an exchange and they would not check to see if the tea was sweetened inside the restaurant. Proceeded to ask for an extra sauce, which is 0.39 cents to compensate for the $1.10 that we were not compensated. The worked then proceeded to argue and get a highly unappreciated attitude and said “we are out of honey mustards” when they were clearly not out. I am a local and love this town, however after this experience this Bojangles will not be receiving my business. Would like if this issue could be resolved and have the worker reprimanded by her supervisor for her very inappropriate actions. I personally work in customer service and never once have I ever received this type of disrespectful behavior.
