I normally am not one to complain about fast food. HOWEVER, I will make an exception for today. I stopped by around 2:30 for a late lunch and I was the only one in the drive thru at the time. I ordered the Carolina Gold chicken sandwich only and it was almost $7, which sadly, isn’t my complaint. Got up to the window, paid, and was told after 5 minutes was told to pull ahead to wait. I waited a total of about 10 minutes to get the sandwich. Got it and pulled off to leave, looked in the bag and the sandwich had just been tossed in the bag. It wasn’t in a box and it had only been loosely wrapped in white sandwich paper so it fell apart in the bottom of the bag. And to top it all off, the sandwich itself was cold. If I hadn’t had my crying infant in the car, I would have gone back to complain. Definitely won’t be back to the this location ‍♀️

I’m already a big complainer when it comes to those puney chicken supremes they changed from the good ones. I avoid those now since they are such a rip off. Now I’m getting a box of chicken. My chicken was soggy, greasy, and old…again. Whoever prepared the box can’t count nor identify pieces of chicken. Old dried out depressing chicken. Gave me almost all dark meat. One breast…just one. My biscuits were crushed and broken all inside the box. Let’s just keep it short and sweet. For my $30 I spent on a 8 piece box….I won’t be coming back. Simple as that. People don’t want to do their jobs correctly and make customers at least feel like they didn’t waste time and money. Highly disappointed but won’t be fooled again.

Definitely the worst breakfast everytime of any Bojangles. Unfortunately in Boiling Springs NC it’s McDonald’s or Bojangles. This branch can’t make a biscuit to save their lives. Always either raw dough or so dry it takes a gallon of tea to wash it down. They under cook fries and bo rounds every single time. Swimming in grease . It’s really just an awful experience every time. I guess I’ll start eating breakfast at home or do without. No other options. Waste of money Always here.

I use to get good food at this bojangles but lately the fries aren’t fit to eat. Sometimes the biscuits aren’t. They recook the fries that have already been sitting for awhile. The fries aren’t supposed to be served if they have been cooked for 10 minutes or longer. Either recooked or cold and sitting for way to long. Don’t think I’ll go back to this location for awhile.

Slow to greet us at counter, inexperienced staff had to get help to do the order. Side order underfilled, wrong pieces of chicken on one order. Chicken overcooked and had a strong off flavor, not at all like normal Boj, which I have eaten since 1981. Dining room infested with flies, well over a dozen alive and dead. This place is going way downhill. Time for an intervention by management. Fast food isn’t rocket science, follow your processes and do things by the book and it comes out OK; they’ve lost the book here.

This Bojangles seems to run out of stuff quite alot. I’ve went 2 mornings in a row ordered Steak Biscuits and was told we’re out of steak not the first time this has happened. In talking to other customers they said the same thing. If this keeps happening wouldn’t it make sense to increase your order.
