So I had to do a survey on Bojangles. The restaurant was spotless. The bathroom is clean with all amenities. The manager and employees were very very nice and respectful. Now the food was hot and the chicken and biscuits were fresh. Wish I could give zero I ordered 3 legs to be told we only have 2 I said do u have anymore coming out they honestly said in 50 minutes lol I can fry my own faster then the girl takes my card puts in machine gets her phone out and begins to text other girl brings my food sits it down and she continues to text then after she finishes she finally decides to hand me my food ridiculous

I waited 15 mins for 12 tenders, 4 biscuits and a side of Mac n cheese. The two employees I spoke with were, to say the least, not friendly. The “sorry” was an after thought when I said “I should get a free item” for this wait. Very very poor service.
