This place is disgusting went here on sept 15 and the food was super cold. Me and my friend ordered four 2pc leg and thigh combos. When we first got our food at the window fries were stale and chicken was slimy on the inside and not cooked. We asked for everything to be remade they were also out of straws some condiments and drinks. We were told to pull around to the side of the store and did for 30 minutes. We went inside it took them another 40 minutes to try and remake the food but they didn’t food was sitting out and so were the fries everything was cold and old they don’t care what they give you and they were not wearing gloves or hairnets. And when we got our food after waiting over a hour we just left and threw out our food what a waste we couldn’t even eat it it was so bad DONT EAT FROM HERE.

The cashier waited until I ordered to inform me that they were out of chicken. This is a restaurant that primarily serves chicken. I don’t need to mention the other poor customer service experiences. No straw for my drink, had to ask, not friendly. Par for the course for today. I miss the old days.

If I can give this place a negative 5stars I would… they are very slow,never have anything ready..dirty dining room..the staff is horrible with a nasty attitude..and to top it off they can’t even get your order right.. horrible experience in the drive thru.. after I drove off with my order in a bag later on I noticed they gave me a wrong item..drove all the way back to get my order fixed..even offered to pay the extra difference and they refused all with the manager saying that’s what I ordered when I clearly didn’t.. at the end I had to pay for their mistake..all of the employees there are trash and should get fired starting with the lousy manager! Never coming back again..stay away from this location!

Went through the drive through and ordered a sausage gravy biscuit. There was literally the smallest amount of gravy imaginable on the biscuit. Called to notify them and the manager hung up on me. I called back and it took over 5min for them to give me the “managers” name so I can contact corporate. This is the slackest most unprofessional bonangles I’ve ever been at. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

This location has gotten 3 orders correct on the first try since they opened. I would simply stop going but my wife likes the chicken and they are near our house. Staff generally gives the impression they would rather be somewhere else and don’t want you to be there. They need to pay more to attract better staff and maybe try giving them some training in how to deal with the public.

I walked in, there was no one in line in front of me and 3 people waiting for food. I waited 5 minutes with no knowledgement. No one was at the front register and two employees were in the dining room and proceeded to go outside for there break at 11:45 am lunch time. The staff in the back moved like snails, obviously didn’t want to be there. There was plenty of food in the warmers. Poor management I guess. I walked out, there is a reason it’s called fast food.

Ist time ever. LAST TIME EVER. At noon hour food was Lukewarm at best. Tough dry chicken, Smallest sides Ever. Biscuit was a hockey Puck. Asked for honey she gave me 1 Pk for 2 dinners. Went back as we ate in she has Attitude. Got 1/2 Gal of Sweet Tea asked for Courtsey cups of ice Hands me One Cup. This is the WORST FOOD SVC AND DAMN NEAR 30 DOLLARS EVER SPENT.

This location is by far the WORST of the worst! I walked in around 3pm on Saturday June 10th, 2023. There was NO ONE dining in, nor was there anyone on the drive thru line (shocker…I know). I went inside to find a young guy behind the counter who hardly acknowledged that I was there. I asked him if they had spicy chicken wings, and he responded with “I don’t know”. I proceeded to ask him do they SELL spicy wings? He picked up a chicken wing, trying to hand it to me and told me to try it. I told him no thank you, so he just threw it back in with the rest of the chicken. They were out of MOST sides, they have NO biscuits, one of the cooks was seen chewing on a plastic straw. A customer from the drive – thru walked in and complained about their fries. The guy chewing the straw took the straw out of his mouth, laid it on the counter, took the customer’s fries and drizzled some seasoning on them and gave them back to the customer….trying to pass them off as new fries. After seeing all of this, I asked for a refund and went to a different location.

My experience wasn’t good…they got my order wrong and I didn’t find out until we got home. Also, while we were there, a customer before us returned his food for the same reason. Not only did they get my order wrong, we had to wait over ten minutes for the order. My sandwich was not good!!!!!!!
