Where do I start smh! Ordered a family variety box which is $40 bucks got nasty cold food! The rice was mushy and had Mac n cheese pieces and fries in it ! The chicken wasn’t cooked completely I called the manager he was rude and said he will give me a refund! And said it’s been a rough day so this is what happens I told him I’m calling corporate he said ok he’s not losing his job! People working there with pants hanging low and touching the food with no gloves ! Very disgusting and if management isn’t right the employees won’t be! The guy played on his hair and then started fixing a biscuit without gloves I almost vomit ..

I’m only giving this location 2 stars because on a good day, the food can be really good but ultimately they deserve a 1 star. Unfortunately this is the only Bojangles in this area so when the cravings happens, it’s my only option. I understand how hard the food service industry can be, especially with being understaffed, but it has nothing to do with that…it’s just pure laziness. I’d be rich with the amount of times I’ve gotten overcooked fries, or burnt breakfast patties, etc. Not to mention how often they are out of chicken at this location which is shocking since that is their main selling point and product. It’s not even like I’m pulling up right before closing time either…I’m talking hours before they close they are out of items. I don’t know if they truly don’t have the product or are too lazy to cook more but my bet is on being lazy. I wish I could say I won’t return but I crave Bojangles too often. Just writing this review to warn others that they should have very low expectations when coming to this location.

KEEP DRIVING!!! We made a breakfast stop here on a Sunday morning at 8:35 am and the doors locked up with only the drive through open. Staffing shortage… no, you could see several walking around doing nothing but taking the time to come to the door to cuss and scream at people coming to the door and trying to get in. Due to lack of time and needing to go going we decided to use the drive through… second mistake. The was to cars in the line on front of us. We got our food at 8:55am.

Who’s in CHARGE????? Your night shift sucks! Everytime we go there in the evenings, they’re Always out of everything it seems. I arrived at 7:30 7:44pm. They were out of dark meat and Mac and cheese. I said well how long for dark meat? The guy stated we’re not cooking anymore chicken tonight. I like, but close at 10. I just drove off. This has happened at this location with many people. I just went to Huntersville, they had everything I needed, no hesitation!

EVERY TIME we get food from this location it is TERRIBLE the fries are hard and cold the biscuit is always ripped apart before you touch it, have to continuously repeat you’re order at the drive thru even after that the order is ALWAYS WRONG when you get it, we’ve given this location chance after chance because it’s Cornelius and we love Bojangles but NEVER again DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have to give Bojangles 5 Star review just for the fact that there are bojangles. The chicken, although moist, most of the time, their breading is lacking flavor. Yes, I said it crisp with no real spices; hence, no flavor. As competition moves in, I hope they up their game on consistency cause the other are moist and tasty chicken and good sides.

Has to be one of the worst Bojangles experiences I’ve ever had. First, the staff were yelling at cars passing by who didn’t want to order food because they were out of almost everything. Then when I received my food it was poorly made and was cold. I am a fan of Bonangles but this one needs better night staff.

Bought a #12. Leg and thigh. Got a breast instead. Wasn’t thrilled about that. Not a fan of fried white meat, but the food was very good otherwise. The green beans are awesome!
