Firstly, I appreciate the new location the area needed a uplift and a modern touch. We don’t live in 90’s anymore. To put it plan. Their new location is the equivalent of putting a new Apple Store in the middle of a country town They ain’t ready. These workers aren’t properly trained to handle the big stress of impact customer service. This location services a lower spectrum of customers they want proper execution and great customer service. Hopefully it will get better.****Update 06/28 Still horrible service still running out of hot sauce still running out of chicken, lackluster customer service too many ignorant, ghetto, narrow minded, individual’s coming to this location, and being in enraged by the front desk, cashiers this place needs a total overhaul. Corporate takeover please.

I will not come back here. Worst service ever. The whole crew was running around like it was chaos and didn’t know what they were doing. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. By the time 10:50 rolled around I asked for a refund. The crew didn’t know how to do a refund. I asked for a manager a crew member walked 5 feet around the corner to someone sitting back there that never came up to address my concerns. By 10:59 I finally got my order. Customer service has definitely gone out the window.

Drive thru 3:15pm, Sunday afternoon. No cars in line. Ordered 8 piece family meal, 15 minute wait. Fine, I’ll wait. 27 minutes later, drive thru cashier comes to the car to inform me that it’ll be a 15 minute wait for chicken. Told her I’d already waited 27 minutes for the chicken. She takes that information and my receipt to the manager. Comes back a minute later, my money has been refunded to my card.

The wait time was horrible sit there for 30mins. Two drive thru was supposed to make it better that was not the case. They’re now slower after the remodel. Every time I go there’s a wait and they’re out of something. Told me coleslaw was out at the speaker and then I get to the window from the waiting to long for them to tell me there’s no more wings. I seen other employees outside talking and in their cars not doing their jobs when they are back up I don’t understand. This location is very convenient for me that’s why I go that.

Hot food and taste great! Finally, one that had crispy bo round. I am pleased with the customer service also. Now yes, the wait was atrocious but I have taken into consideration the newness of the restaurant and the new staff still learning the swing of things. In due time, that’ll get better. Oh the sweet tea is tasty too!

It was terrible from the start. Went to the double drive-thru and the employee kept going to the other drive-thru for service so I waited 10-15 minutes. So I decide to go inside to place my order and they were so behind I eventually left without no food. I only gave them any stars because it was a young group of employees and they were very slow. On my way out to my car two employees on break out smoking. However I will give it another shot hopefully the young staff will get better.

Pitiful! I ordered a chicken breast and mashed potatoes….got legs and fries after waiting in drive thru for 10 minites. I don’t eat dark meat…that’s why I ordered a breast, at least my dog enjoyed $10 worth of boganles. The tea was good but not worth $10. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else…unless your dog is hungry!

I love go to this bojangles, from day one they have had awesome customer service, the Managers are awesome. All the workers have excellent customers service. My food is always fresh, when I ask. Never had a problem with them ever. I love them for what they do.
