I love Bojangles, but I have gotten where I absolutely hate stopping at this Bojangles. Customer service is horrible. Food always looks like it’s been eaten out of. I can’t even believe I spent 5 on fry, and it’s half full. Today, I stopped and got breakfast cause I was craving some fries and once again half full. I think it’s ridiculous that we get charged so much and don’t even get what we paid. I like eating at Bojangles and considering this is the only one in the area. Makes it hard.

Every company is trying to save a dollar, not worrying about the livelihood of the employees they have to fire in the process. Shame to see this coming to my area.

We love to order at Bojangles on Sundays, but our orders are never correct. Every time we get home, we are disappointed to find that either we are given the wrong order entirely, or our biscuits are only meat and missing the egg and cheese. It’s disappointing considering Bojangles is always a nice treat for our family.
