I stop here on way back from beach as unlike Charlotte locations the food has been hot and delicious both times. Shania at front counter takes order, goes and gets food as sure they are short on help but her attitude is great. They were so busy Sunday they did run out of dark meat, but i understand.

I’ll start this post by informing the viewers that I AM A SOUTHERN GAL. That being said, if you serve fried chicken, understand it can never be served cold (luke warm). The biscuit never fails to satisfy. I’ve eaten at several different locations and they miss it with the chicken each time.

I just came through there about 10 minutes ago. Had to wait for bow rounds. It’s a Bojangles. You should have them cooked no matter what time you come through there. They never have them ready. My food was completely made wrong. I didn’t get half the things I ordered. I got things I didn’t want and I didn’t order to top it off. The woman tried to give me someone else’s food and was like no give me that back snatched it out my hand. So now I’m left with food that I did not want I am without the food I did want. I feel like my money has been wasted and my time has been wasted. I will never eat here again. This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to and there’s nothing they can do to change my mind. Oh and you can call the number. It doesn’t work. They won’t answer just because they don’t want anyone to complain about their service

Went through the drive-thru around 7am on a Wednesday. The line was a somewhat long wait (this is sometimes typical of this location) but not too bad. The lady at the speaker was very polite and the food was hot and fresh. Keep up the good work!

Slid through the drive-thru to get a bo-berry biscuit, and the lady working acted like I was bothering her by ordering. Thankful I wasn’t ordering dinner…she would’ve been big mad. Asked for and paid for extra icing, and got LESS than normal. I guess we all have off days… Hopefully my next trip will be better

Why is it that every time I get food from this location, it’s overcooked and dried out. The other locations do much better with quality. It doesn’t matter if it’s a chicken fillet sandwich or supremes, it always is the same. Either they’re running the fryers too hot to save time or they’re just letting the chicken go too long. I don’t want undercooked food, but this stuff is dry and tough.

I visited the restaurant this morning in travel. I had a lot on my mind. I enter the door and heard a beautiful Christian song playing. As I went to the counter, I heard an employee singing. She took my order and we discussed the song. She was a blessing to me and made my day. Song was “I Can Only Imagine’.
