Just took 45 minutes to get 4 #13 combos I asked for legs for 3 of the boxes after I finished ordering and paying I am then told they have no legs and can only provide thighs which is fine but terrible service after about 15 minutes of waiting and 2 customers (who ordered after I had) received there meals I am then told “they are out of biscuits and it will be awhile” I was given no proper timing and above all else they don’t give me the picnic fry or half gallon of tea i had payed for and when i go back in (with my receipt) to ask for the half gallon and fry they ask me “are you sure I’m pretty sure i handed it to you” then they realize they had set my fries and tea to the side and say “ah there it is” thus ending the conversation and bringing me to rating this Bojangles a 1 star if i could give a negative rating i gladly would this is the worst experience i have ever received at Bojangles.

Not bad. Cajun chicken biscuit was unexpectedly good. Hot and fresh! The tater rounds were big and had great flavor. Service was decent as well although busy so it took a little while to get the order.

I ordered a 20 piece chicken family meal, they said it would take 20 minutes, we have waited for almost an hour for the food, the staff was playing around and joking while our food was still not ready. Worst service ever and will never go back, we got a refund and the manager didn’t even know how to refund because the food was still not ready. We asked why isn’t the food ready and ther excuse was that they were all on break at the same time, never again.

REMAIN AWARE, GIVE NO THIEF OR POTENTIAL THIEF SLACK!!!!! Over an hour ago I purchased food at Bojangles on the plaza (corporate store) I noticed that the attendant tapped my card, the 1st time I’ve seen my card tapped in any drive-through and I was concerned. Incidentally this particular site rarely offers a receipt. I continually have had to ask for a receipt, I hadn’t been here in quite some time, still today no different. The attendant intensely looked at me with the window open normally they close it swiftly and move on, mind you, I asked for my receipt 3 times, the 3rd time he heard me as if he didn’t hear me the 1st 2 times, I caught him off guard. I scanned the receipt to make sure the items and the price was accurate and went on my way. When I got home, I called another store, this particular store is a franchise and I asked them what type of protection did they offer when one comes through the drive-through and the attendant taps the card, the manager told me that they are supposed to give you 2 separate receipts, one for your purchase and 1 for your card. I only received one receipt and I have been trying to call this store for the last hour and a 1/2 and it’s no doubt the phone is off the hook nobody’s calling that rapidly, I actually started calling them before I left the property, if I had not had grocery in the car, I would have gone inside. I went ahead and canceled my card yet am placing notice, they have the right individual today and should anything fraudulent activity dome against my accoumt, get ready for some heat to come behind you!!!!! People this tap with the card is simple and easy but you need to be aware of the procedures that are supposed to follow and your protection. May 14 I found out yesterday, some businesses offer one receipt due to the system and/or devices they use for tapping, to be on the safer side, get your own receipt and discard it yourself.

My wife ordered a 20 piece family chicken meal, we paid and they said it would take 20 minutes. They waited in the car, and almost a hour later she walked in and the food was still not ready, the manager said it would be 3 more minutes but we will not wait any longer. The staff were playing and joking while the food was not getting cooked, you can see through the windows and they was horse playing, nowhere in sight did I see anyone working. We went to get a refund and the manager didn’t know how to refund, so she had a coworker do it for her, we will never go back and it’s very sad and frustrating when u have to wait almost an hour for food.

Bo rounds have been a favorite of mine ever since a friend in the south introduced me to them and “fixxins” many years ago. I find them to always look dirty and run down but amazing food every time. One of my favorite breakfasts is to get Bojangles Bo rounds then a Chick-fil-A Chicken biscut. Epic combo.

The food was great but beyond that, the service from one young lady was absolutely amazing. She made sure I had what I needed and was extremely polite. She was thorough when reading down my order and I appreciate that extra effort. I asked her name and I believe it is Tanessa. I hope that’s right, but she’s definitely an asset to the restaurant for sure. I don’t know if she’s on the management team, but if not, she should be! Thanks for the excellent service!

the employees dont care! They close the inside so they dont have to fill as much orders. Your subjected to wait in a line that extends to the road.
