Their food is great but the 35+ minute wait time everytime you come to the Salisbury location is enough to make you stop coming and for that reason we will make this our last visit. You are fully staffed at slow time and 37 minutes for 3 classic bo sandwiches is ridiculous. Not to mention the lobby is forever dirty like no one goes out and wiped a table down from open to close you have to ask for a rag to do it yourself.

Just left the drive thru this morning around 8:30am. I place my order and nicely requested for everything to be fresh. I payed and was told to pull around. I waited maybe 5min. A young lady hands me my food. I check my order and everything was correct and hot and fresh. I have not had Bojangles this good in over 10 years! The service was A+ as well.

I came here to pay for good breakfast good service and not a bad attitude and rudeness and it wasn’t even 7 a.m. Caroline relayed our order to her manager Edna who instructed us to pull around and wait for the food we waited for 10 minutes after trying to go inside all the doors were locked several other customers were waiting and trying to get into the building this is 2 minutes before 7 we sat there at 2 we got our food at 7:10 we sat in the parking lot till about 7:15 7:20. I informed the manager Edna when she brought our food out that it was not fresh my biscuits! They’re hard and she said she would replace them she brought me back a butter biscuit he did not bring the sausage and cheese it was not fresh I very disappointed is that service today and the quality of food. I would not recommend this location for breakfast service because who wants to start their day off with the whole side of sour nasty bad vibes coming through your window and you’re paying for it. Is this the do Bojangles standard?

Just terrible. Made me wait in the drive thru for 5 minutes on a simple 4 piece tender order. The tenders were so overcooked when I got them. The biscuit was hard. The French fries were barely edible. I came through around 8pm and will never do that again. Going to Popeyes next time. Folks should fire the staff and start over.

Good food, good service, and that manager Dee!!.. this woman needs to be the manager of every fast food restaurant in America!. Biscuit was dry with absolutely no flavor. Needed some butter and salt. Definitely detracted from the chicken. Cashier had a hard time with my order. Didn’t get the coffee I ordered. They need to up their game.

Horrible staff and service. I went inside stood for about 3 mins and they knew im standing there for order. Both of the employees had nasty looks on their faces. They never greeted or said anything. I hated everything about this experience and i hope people like this get a lesson for their bad behavior.

The morning manager of this location is absolutely rude. I am a manager of myself and that’s totally unacceptable. I was in line at the drive-through for five minutes with no one saying a word to me so I called inside the restaurant and asked them where they open and she said no. So I asked her what time they opened and she said 6 AM so I informed her that it was after 6 AM and she simply said “oh” and then I sat for another three minutes before I finally had to “HELLO” and then she asked me because she take my order. She told me the total and asked me to pull around. I get to the window she pretty much Yanks my card out of my hand, slam the window shut. However, when she has my card back, I say thank you she just shut the window without a word. She yanked my food up, handed it to me. I said thank you have a good day. Again with a very smug look on Her face she did not say a word, and just close the window. So I called back in the store she is the manager, so I’ll let her know. She was very rude but she blamed it on having no staff this is not good for business to be treated that way.
