Drive through order. 12 piece Bo Box. They left out the six biscuits, Cajun rice was soupy. Got a cup of coffee and it was cold and full of coffee grounds. Tried for over a hour to call them but it’s like they took the phone off the hook. Should have checked the order before we left but mainly they should have checked the order before they handed it to me. Since when did the Bo Box go up to $40?? Will not be getting food from Bojangles again. Ridiculous price for what comes with the order.

If I could leave no stars then I would! This is the 2nd time I have been to this store and no one has helped me. It was only 9:30 and it says online that they close at 10. Also, they kept walking by the window but would not acknowledge that I was there. Smh ridiculous!

My husband and I dined in at this location this morning. We had supremes combo, piece of grilled chicken and fries. The grilled chicken was perfect (not rubbery like other Bo’s I’ve eaten at). The fries were cooked perfectly with just a light dusting of seasoning. My husband’s supremes were tender and not dry. Best of all the cashier was very polite, pleasant and efficient, even though she was having to operate register and prepare orders. Amazing service all-around!

I go to this location practically every day and I’ve seen a lot of progress in the attitude of staff and making sure the orders are correct. Food can be hit or miss but lately it’s been pretty consistent.

Got there early to do something nice for my daughter this morning, to get a bacon egg and cheese for her before she had to go to school and there was a sign posted on the window saying they opened at 7. Said okay, so I pulled around since it was only a few minutes away and at 7:04, was rudely told I was backing up the line behind me and that they weren’t opened…I was the first there and their site says they open at 5:30. It wouldn’t be holding up anything if she’d just taken my order. Very poor customer service skills and a bad attitude. Definitely should not be working fast food. If you’re not gonna come to work to do the job you’re there to do, then don’t go.

Tried limited time fish sandwich and it was fishy & thin. They put tartar sauce and cheese on them. I didn’t want tartar sauce on mine. Drive thru line long & once we pulled to the window the cashier spent all the time away from the window until they wanted to collect money upon delivering the sandwiches so there was little to no time to add that I didn’t want tartar sauce on mine. To which the cashier replied “we already made it”. My friend who was with me said ” she doesn’t want tartar sauce on hers” and she turns away closing the window and appears to have sent another coworker to “deal” with us. Appalled I said “I’m not paying for it unless I’m going to consume it”!………..(remember me, I’m the customer ?) Smdh . They made it without tartar sauce. It was mediocre, bummed and to add this experience made it a total bummer!

Am I the only one that has gone to this location to be told they have closed at 9!!!! When the door, window and website says 10?? I had to drive to another location for them to tell me this location closes when it want’s apparently! The District Manager needs to address this issue!!
