I go here all the time and have never had an issue. My husband picked up a 5pc supremes meal and this is what they gave him. The chicken strips were about the size of my finger, what fries they did give us were hard and stale, and his starry drink was just carbonated water. Super disappointed that we paid $16 for this

The food would have been better if it was hot, i was served a lukewarm spicy chicken sandwich when i asked for a regular, the mac n cheese i received had an amount of 3 bites in the cup, and i was given the wrong change and had to correct the server. If you go, go late at night and walk in dont go through the drive thru. The experience i had before at night was very smooth and the food was hot and delicious. Embarrassed for the employees to be honest.

I arrived there during the night shift. The food was good but there were two employees who were very rude. Good customer service always makes the experience better. I wouldn’t want these employees to be fired but I would love for them to work on their people skills. It’s an important aspect when performing your job.

Biscuits were disgusting! The sausage biscuit was so hard it was inedible. The egg was brown and rubbery, as pictured. Cajun was old and soggy, and bo rounds were stale and hard. The food gets worse every time and Bojangles isn’t exactly the cheapest place. We have reached out to the store and corporate with no response. It is awful to spend $20-$30 on a meal that is consistently nasty or wrong.

I’ll never grace this store with my money again. The manager(Michael Johnson)was running the drive thru. He rushed the order,then at the window, wouldn’t accept constructive criticism. Condescending and derogatory, and became aggressive, plus the order wasn’t correct. I’ve been in the service industry for many years, and I would never talk to customers like he talked to me.

Seems like their food is getting worser we got 12 piece family meal the dirty rice, mac and cheese mashed potatoes and gravy getting have any flavor they offered us a free meal then went to go get it they said it will be an hour before we can get it. Then they’re gravy is so runny they shouldn’t even call it gravy they should call it soup
