When we first walked in we were greeted.(which doesn’t happen anywhere anymore). The staff was friendly. Didn’t hear one employee cursing or talking about something inappropriate. The music was appropriate for the restaurant. It was clean. The food was really good and fresh. Their employee Yadiel was awesome with customer service. If I was the GM or Manager I would work hard to keep him. You don’t find good quality service like he was giving. For this to be fast food, it was better service than most other places I’ve been. Great team! I would drive this way again just for the services.

The worst Bojangles I have ever been to in my entire life. I’m 41 and being going since a kid. Waited 30 minutes on 2 Cajun filet biscuits combo and 2 ham biscuits. They have no pride at this location. I will never return again. If I could have gave them 0 stars I would have. So sad!

I ordered a family meal on the app but their doors were locked so I had to go to the drive-through anyways I waited a couple minutes in the drive-through and told him that I had ordered on the app and then they gave me my meal. When I got home to eat it I was absolutely shocked at how good everything was! The chicken was amazing! The sides were delicious. I will be back to this Bojangles many times in my life! Oh and the staff was extremely nice, very polite and so thankful for my business.

Ordered a five-piece chicken supreme combo meal. I got to the window and had forgotten to order a mac and cheese. I asked to add a mac and cheese to my order they said you can’t do it at the window we don’t take orders here. No one was behind me they just don’t take orders at the window if you make a mistake and forgot something. The meal was for my kids. I guess they just hate children at Bojangles.

ANY sauces are .42 cents each! You don’t get ANY free sauce with your meals. Ordered fries? Ordered chicken supremes? Want sauce? Better pay up! Other Bojangles in the area DO NOT charge for sauce. Until management changes this policy, I will not be returning and I will tell all of my friends of the outrageous nickel and diming here. The reason that I’m giving it any stars is for the excellent staff and food, but this review is losing three stars because of management’s outrageous move to charge for ONE sauce while purchasing $10+ worth of food! Skip this Bojangles and go a few more miles down the road.
