The quality control of this restaurant is clearly mismanaged. If I am going to be paying 10.99 for 4 chicken tenders I should be getting ones larger than my finger. I’m not going to eat here again and neither should you.

I gave one star BECAUSE I had to ! Me and my family went to this bojangles on a Saturday evening. They were not busy AT ALL. We were rushed while ordering our food. When we got our food . Our fries were old hard and cold . My partner ordered a plain Cajun chicken sandwich combo . His sandwich was PACKED with pickles Mayo and lettuce. We were also missing our boberry biscuits . They replaced the fries and my partner sandwich. My partner ordered a Mountain Dew to drink and it tasted like carbonated water . Our sweet tea had no sweetness to it .0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! and the customer service was a 4/10.

Drive up and order only 12 biscuit and 2 large bo rounds simple order, Server at the drive up window, stated” take only 4 min for fresh Bo rounds!” So I waited in the parking waited and waited. Had to walk in and found out they gave my food I order to people after me!!! After 20min I got the fuc$ bo rounds and biscuits. This place sucks!!!

Incredibly rude service! There are so many other options for employment if you can’t be nice or have any patience at all. We ordered a chicken sandwich and biscuits and they acted like we were speaking a different language. Not sure if they didn’t give us a straw out of spite or on accident. Also they were out of Pepsi?

Boberry biscuits are one of my favorite things but today the overstaffed kitchen cant seem to cook some fresh ones at 2pm i had to go thru twice for them to get it right the 2nd replaced biscuits were cold in the middle ? I” i spent 25 minutes here and fuel in my hot running car today for some comfort food (they lost time on sidework ) after dealing with my own life issues. I couldn’t get one chef to look me in my eyes , I’ve ran a kitchen before and i look past the cashiers…”its the chefs”…facts. i felt it was a white girl attack to be honest im used to it hope no one spit in the batter. geez

I love Bojangles but due to the employees they hire, it’s such a hit or miss. This location is definitely a miss. It’s almost guaranteed that something is going to go wrong with your order. Either the fries are hard and old or it’s missing seasoning. The chicken is NEVER fresh! Or they’ll mess up your entire order. On my recent visit I was told pull up and wait in the handicap parking space because the sandwich had a 8 minute wait. I waited for 20 minutes and went inside, I was told with an attitude that it’s not done. I proceeded to wait an additional 10 minutes. There were NO cars in the drive thru and only one person eating inside, at 3 in the afternoon. 30 minutes for 1 sandwich is way too long of a wait so I went threw the drive thru to see what was taking so long. I explained everything thoroughly to the lady on the speaker and she follows by saying, “Where you supposed to be waiting?”… , “Were you in the handicap spot?”. 1 minute later she comes with the sandwich poorly wrapped and that was the last of it. This location is a gamble and isn’t worth your time or money.

I have eaten here a few times and each time I have later thrown up the whole meal because something was wrong with it. Maybe the chicken had gone bad? The last time I went there, the biscuit wasn’t cooked all the way. There was biscuit batter inside the biscuit. Also, the chicken has more breading than actual chicken and it’s over cooked. This place is absolutely disgusting and bad for you. Do not go to this location

I had the order of 4pc supreme combo and the bo sandwiches deluxe, and the food was burnt. Tried to give a feedback at the website, the website wasn’t working. So I made a call at the store, and all I get in response was “general manager doesn’t like to give out refunds, we can only replace the order that was made to you. Never wanting to go back to that location, I rather be at the one that I should’ve trust in the first place. Save your money if you don’t want burnt food and selfish manager.
