So initially I liked this one because it’s close to my house, but the last few times I’ve gone my supremes have been super tiny. I went yesterday and was given the wrong order after waiting like 20 min, no lie. Then they grabbed the food from me and the other person and swapped them. Which is like a HUGE RESTAURANT NO NO. So gross. The other new one up Ramsey is worth the drive.

Order was taken with slight attitude wasn’t any big deal. Got one drink and was told to pull forward. Waited 20 minutes with no updates. Attempted to go in to check if they forgot us but all the doors were locked. Waited another 5 minutes before we received our order. Shouldn’t have taken 25 minutes for a place called fast food.

Tried to order an 8 pc tailgate in the drive thru and was told I couldn’t order it because they have a chicken shortage . When I asked if I could order 2- 4pc dinners shonda said yes, which makes no sense, it’s still 8 pcs. She then proceeded to tell us we could go somewhere else. We drove around to speak with her and she cussed us and Refused to give us her name so we could call corporate. We asked to speak to the manager and wow it was shonda! We called another BJ location and acquired her name and the corporate website. No wonder this location is not open for dine in! Actually looked closed when we pulled up anyways, so why not just close it down!! Terrible experience due to poor management! Also this location does NOT have the corporate number or franchise info on the windows or doors. Must have continuous problems at this location so they removed it.

I placed my order and was told the cinnamon would take five minutes after paying and about 20 to 30 minutes later I got them but they forgot the Bo Rounds that I had ordered and reminded them about when the came out and told me it would be a few more minutes. All of the people after me also had to wait for their food. Not sure what was going wrong this day.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich with cheddar cheese as well as a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with cheddar chees, received a steak with processed cheese as well as cheddar cheese on it… there was a bit of confusion I had to explain the discrepancy three or four times but eventually the bacon egg and cheese that I had originally asked for was given to me they let us keep the sandwiche as well
