Typical Bojangles. It’s a newer style where the steam table isn’t in your face. The order counter is low and friendly feeling. The staff was friendly, the chicken tenders were moist, but not greasy. The only issue was that there was a lot of staff, but several tables were unbussed.

Wish i could post the pictures…This place use to be great now it’s a hit and miss. The lady taking orders was rude. Ordered 4 breakfast biscuits combos, 3 with no egg due to allergies and every single one had egg. 4 Sweet teas, every tea was unsweetened. Didn’t have time to go back so I just will not be coming here again especially if I’m paying and can’t get what I asked for the CORRECT WAY. DO BETTER!!

They never fail to disappoint here. I’ve been here a few times and have never been satisfied. They always mess up my order. And I’ve worked in fast food for years and I can tell they never change their oil in their fryers because the fries are very dark brown and even when they are fresh they have that nasty brown oil color on them. 90% of my fries are too solid/hard to eat and have seasoning dumped on them even though I always ask for light seasoning. And staff isn’t very friendly.

I waited to post this 12 days after I completed a survey about my experience to give time for management/owner contact me address the problem but no one contacted me.. I was treating my parents and my brother’s family to a special thank you brunch mind you there was 9 people in our party. We ordered for dine-in 2 – 20piece Variety Boxes (4 Season fries, 2 Mac and Cheese , 4 half gallons of tea)and Large Pepsi totaling $82.70 . We had to ask for the 4 half gallons of tea , cups , ketchup , salt ,plates and large Pepsi all the while the cashier was acting like we were inconveniencing her to get our order and necessities to eat our food. We were the only people eating in at 11:17 am there was 2 people ordering as our food was coming out but no rush hour . The cashier had bad attitude which shouldn’t be in food service because you need to be friendly no one in our party was rude to her but her behavior was unacceptable. I will not likely go back to this location because the other employees or management seen how she was acting and didn’t care. Food was good but atmosphere horrible because bad attitude and lack of friendliness.

One of the fastest in the area. I only have drive thru experience not dine in. Food is always hot and cooked perfectly. Even today, they were packed so it was slower than usual, but the food was perfect when I got it. I’ll drive out of my way to go to this one as opposed to the Santa Fe location, one of the slowest I’ve experienced.

I ordered a 12 piece tailgate special through drive through. Got home and realized we were only given 10 pieces. Decided I was not going back for 2 pieces and we started to eat, a few bites in I saw blood as the chicken was not done. I called to the store, talked to the manager she informed me I could pick up later and have it replaced or get a refund. I told her I cannot eat it so I will talk the refund and she informed me that for a refund and I need to come up their while she is on shift. So I put everything back in the bag, I got my refund and was told due to the price I could not have a receipt back? So I told her I needed to take a picture of it she hand an attitude and never apologized once for the uncooked chicken or my inconvenience of having to drive back up to the store. This happened a little after 7 on Thursday.

Please and I mean please stay away from here especially early morning hours. The food is cooked terribly. The fries are hard, burnt and warm like they been reheated. They so hard and burnt you don’t even get to taste any potato or flavor just burnt and hard. I ordered a Cajun fillet combo and the chicken was so dry flat and hard it had to be from the night before just reheated it. You would think with the new fancy location that the food and service would be top tier. Wrong. You have a better chance going to the other further on down Ramsey rd

Placed a curbside order. Had to wait more than 20 minutes after the time assigned for pick up. Mind you the place was not busy. Just regular drive thru orders. In the end, order missed sides and was incorrect. By the time we noticed, we were already at the house. Call the restaurant, no answer. Definitely, not returning.

Biscuits are almost always hard as a brick and drive thru employees are usually rude and always rushing you at window you have to check your food, ask for more napkins cause they only want to give you 3 or 4 napkins with a tailgate special etc. Got a tailgate special and asked for some plates bc we weren’t going home to eat and was told they didn’t have any so my hubby walked inside and they ended up giving him to go plates. Which we were lied to about that and to top it off we didn’t get the right pieces of chicken that comes with the tailgate special. Ended up getting almost all dark meat. So I would choose another Bojangles b4 going to this location that’s for sure!!! CHICKEN FT RD BOJANGLES!!!
