I consider myself a Bojangles connoisseur. This was probably the most overdone meal I’ve ever received from a bo’s. Fries looked like they were scooped out of the bottom of the fryer. I know some people like to order dark brown biscuits, but who knew they also had a “burnt brown” option. The supremes were the only thing not overcooked, they were just really small (closer to nuggets than tenders).

So, the biscuits are definitely their claim to fame. It won’t rank amongst the top 3 in the fried chicken category, for me. Lower Mid, at best, for me. This particular location could learn a little about customer service, but I guess that’s the new norm, the lack of a good customer service experience…

This was my first visit to Bojangles. What flavor the chicken had and moist not dry at all. My chicken breast was very moist. The Biscuits were huge, big as a hamburger bun. The fries were hot and so flavorful. I wish FL had this restaurant. The lady at the drive thru was so polite. The price was amazing for the quality of food we received

The staff is absolutely horrible. The woman that took our order was rude. We were told they had already cleaned the grills so they couldn’t make certain foods 2 hours before closing. When we pulled up to the drive through window it smelled like weed coming out of the restaurant. Orders were wrong multiple times. Overall an embarrassment to bojangles. The owner should reevaluate the staff.

Ghetto staff would be an understatement! I do not expect a gourmet meal whenever I chose to eat fast food. With that said, I also expect my food to be somewhat fresh. The bo-berry biscuits had to of been leftovers from the previous night. My ham and cheese biscuit tasted as if it were cooked with fried chicken. Keep in mind that I had stopped to grab a bite to eat at around 10 minutes to 6 in the morning.

Went through drive thru about 10:10. Lady said all they had was Mac N cheese, fries, supremes,legs and thighs. We asked why she didn’t have anything else. Her reply was we ran out and once we are out we don’t make anymore. Supremes were good but looked like they came off a bitty. No biscuits.
