I would recommend only going to Bojangles during the day. 10 pm on July 19, 2023 we ordered food through the drive through for several people. Spent 20 minutes in line, not a long line. Get to the window they gave us the wrong food. Finally got our food and it looked like we got everything, only to get to our destination and multiple items in each box were missing. I don’t do reviews, but my house hold isn’t made of money and this was upsetting. I would also recommend when receiving food to look through everything to make sure it’s there. Once you leave and finding out it’s not, giving them a call doesn’t always work out and you’re out almost half of what you paid for.

This place is usually pretty good. However, the crew pretending to run the place on Saturday evening, June 17, 2023 was absolutely pitiful. Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced there. Bunch of young folks all standing around with an older lady acting as manager. Not sure if they were new and inexperienced or just lazy and incompetent. Should have asked for money back before finally receiving order, but we endured the torture. Food was just OK at best. Other customers appeared very dissatisfied as well. Will go in and observe carefully before placing an order next time IF I go back.

Please check your staff that worked tonight, June 30, 2023, 8:49 p.m. The wait time in the drive-thru was long, so I decided to go inside–there was a line there, with no clerk taking orders for at least 5-7 minutes. I decided to try the drive through again, and honestly waited at least 40 minutes–My order was not accurate–ordered three meals. The Dt. Pepsi was out of stock, unsweet tea was not received–the clerk said the lid was marked, which no lid was marked, and I am diabetic, and all beverages were sweet tea. Evidentally, there was not adequate staff or they just couldn’t seem to get their act together.

Our food was awful. We drove thru and got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo and a Cajun filet combo. No cheese on the dry b.e.c. and the chicken was DRY on the other. Our fries were a mix of soft, old fries and hard as a rock very old fries. My tea was great, but the DrPepper was flat. My worst Bojangles stop, ever.

I sat in an empty drive thru for 15mins watching 4-5 people inside being completely useless, one girl was eating fries walking around doing nothing. Watched 2 girls have to show a clueless employee how to put ham in a biscuit! No apologies for the wait. Also I was told they only had 1 Boberry biscuit and if I wanted 2 I would have to wait 5mins or take a cinnamon twist instead. So after sitting there for 15 mins watching the worst display of service I’ve ever seen I was handed my food without so much as a word (which by that point was cold) I would not recommend this Bojangles location. These employees in picture should be fired ASAP

If i could give minus stars i would give it i when inside in the morning to order there were about 5 pepole in front of me and the lady taking orders was also getting the food taking the whole thing to long they need someone to get the order ready to hand ro the customer i walked out and guy in front me walked out too. I will never go back.

The worst Bojangles that you can possibly imagine. They constantly give out bad food. This time I go after a long time of not stopping at this location only because my girlfriend wants their food and I get a chicken biscuit that is dryer than the Sahara desert, over half of the fries in a large box are inedible and hard as rocks, and they forget to put cheese on a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit for my girlfriend!…WTH!!!….my advice to anyone, is to avoid this location at all costs!!!

Somebody needs to go in and fire everybody in there. I had to wait a long time for my food the six customers behind me got their food and was out the door with no problem. When I got my Cajun filet chicken sandwich the french fries were warm and nasty the chicken sandwich was cold. I got up to get me more tea and there was no tea to be gone no ice in the machine and the employers were hiding I guess. I will never go back to this store ever again and will tell everybody my bad experience there.
