Food was mushy and stale like I put in the damn microwave, the tendies were good but the bacon egg and cheese biscuit Smells and tastes like 3 week old unwashed cooter. May god help the cooks and give them a better outlook on life amen.

This is a good Bojangles to hit when you are traveling down Interstate 40. It has a huge dining room and there is a play area indoors for the kids. There is also an outdoor playset. Plus the food is always good. Who doesn’t like Bojangles Chicken Supremes? I docked them a star because the Men’s bathroom was dirty. The trashcan was overflowing with paper towels and the paper towel dispenser was empty. I hate finding out after you wash your hands that there is no way to dry them.

The star of the show was the food. Their biscuits was soft and moist. The chicken was well well seasoned. As for the rice that is the only reason why I am writing this review. When I tell you the rice was immaculate it wasn’t dry it wasn’t soggy it was cooked just right. Whoever made this rice knew what they were doing it the flavoring of the rice wasn’t soupy like. You tasted all of the seasonings in the rice. And normally when I go to Bojangles it’s a hit and a miss. But this one right here is always on point. Got me want to go back just for a picnic size of dirty rice so I can have for tomorrow LOL.

Went thru drive-thru. The order taker didn’t seem to care that they have a customer facing job. Not one thank you and acted like I was interfering with her day. The money taker and food giver was same. Not one thank you. As a customer service job, having a good attitude is critical. I told her this. She acted defensively and I ended the conversation and left. Train your employees to say thank you. Maybe have them go watch a chic Fila one time for the idea. Next time I have this experience, I will expect a refund and go elsewhere.

Middle of lunch and a 20 minute wait on chicken. Not sure if they are prepared for Sunday crowds. This was my first visit and the KFC across the street is closed for remodeling. There was a line inside and in the drive through, so they were busy. The pulled pork was okay and wings fried really hard. Hopefully, the sides will be good. I usually don’t eat Bojangles, but the crowd makes me think it’s just a busy time and they should be given another shot when I come through again.
