Long time before I could put in an order. Before I could start, I was told no bone in chicken. Got the chicken sandwich, there was no tea and out of Mountain Dew so I got Cheerwine. When I got to the window, the gentleman told me there were no pickles for the sandwich. I waited a long time so I was still going to get it. They weren’t done with my sandwich and they kept me waiting for a long time. One of the female workers slammed the window on me because of my change. Wait, wait, wait…get my food not my drink. Same gentleman asked me with an attitude what was I missing and I said my drink. My sandwich was alright minus the pickles, my fries needed more seasoning and a longer cook, soda was fine. I could have hated it but I didn’t. I doubt I would could come here again.

She’s on the drive thru intercom telling me to wait several times. I hear laughter coming though the speaker. I say hellooo? She repeated that she told me to wait and that she’d no longer take my order…. Only one car was in the parking lot to eat. Because I’m being rude apparently. Worst Bojangles in history.

I was there few weeks ago and dined in. We walled and waited for about ten minutes to order our food. It was dirty everywhere. Messed on our food so another ten minutes or so went by until we got the correct food. Barely any drive thru with seven employees including the manager and somehow they can’t keep the restaurant cleaned. The employees was cussing and being racist by using inappropriate slurs while while customers were in the restaurant. Plus there was cigarette lighter and other stuff that was around the food that should never be allowed. One guy had to wait over half hour to get his food that was a take out. When we was leaving the parking lot, the guy was finally leaving the restaurant with his food.

So if this isn’t shady, I don’t know. I walked it to order because reviews for drive-thru are horrible. I go in, and no one was anywhere to be found. Finally, I loudly asked if anyone was there. About five employees came in a side door and asked if I was the delivery. No, I want to order.

Staff was very friendly and on top of it. Food was awesome, service was awesome, and atmosphere was awesome. I can’t find one single thing to complain about. I went inside. They seem to always have a line in the drive thru and they aren’t highly staffed so I could see why some people might want to complain. I mean be kind and try to put yourself in people’s shoes. Chicken takes a longer amount of time to cook so it’s not like a burger, sometimes you are going to have to wait.

Pulled up for a DoorDash and was met with the rudest service I’ve ever had. “You just pulled up give me a minute” in the rudest tone ever. Could’ve just asked us to wait a sec. The rudeness wasn’t needed especially when all we said was hello. Worked in food service for a long time. If u hate ur job that much that u gotta meet everyone with a bitter attitude u def shouldn’t be working in customer service

Went thru Drive thru this morning only to received very rude service. The employee purposely shut the drive thru window in my face before I could get the incorrect order I received corrected. When inside she approached me at the counter in an effort to intimidate me. She continued to be disrespectful the entire time I was there (cussing and even flipped me off from behind the warming racks) and the manager on duty just allowed her behavior. She is clearly unstable, unhinged and has absolutely no business in any form of customer service!! I work by this Bojangles and have been a frequent customer but they have forever lost a patron!

A sad excuse for a Bojangles. The manager and staff are rude and could care less that you ordered there or not. I was told the order that was called in wasn’t ready and hadn’t been started yet. I was told to go sit down because it’s going to be a while. Ten minutes later I walk up and they tell me the chicken still hasn’t been dropped and I can wait or get my money back. Twenty minutes later they produced 6 chicken wings. They restaurant is filthy and the bathrooms are disgusting. Don’t Bo here.

Went through the drive threw and got yelled at for saying tenders instead of Supremes. Then they didn’t take the rest of my order at the window they could just add a gravy biscuit and on top of it they would even give me my drink worst bo jangles I’ve ever go to.
