I ordered with y’all on Uber eats a couple times, Everytime I give y’all a chance I’m always missing an item from my order. My latest driver told me that one of your employees said everything was in there and in that order I was missing a family fries which cost $5. Would not recommend.

What is happening to these businesses? Poor service is what it is and “I don’t care?” attitude! Arrive at 940 pm and was told we only have 3 thighs and about to close! What??? That’s why these businesses are closing down! Whatever happened to serving until 10pm and then clean up to go home? Employees now want to walk out when the store closes and be a disservice to paying loyal customers! This is the new norm! Smh!

Went by about 7:30 PM on a weekend when they are open till 10. Couldn’t fulfill our order or the customer behind us because they were out of breasts and wings. 2nd time that’s happened to us this summer at the college road location.

Good ham, but ask for dark browned, bought 4 none even close. One great thing is restaurant clean unlike Ogden Market Street location that is still nasty and try to hide it. Bad for me I live in Ogden someone tell Mr.D to send some of his management to Ogden before they KILL somebody and make it where I don’t have to drive to the college to get decent and safe food.

At the 520 college road location in Wilmington nc today around noon the young man talking through the mic on the drive through was very rude to me. I asked for a number 13 which says it includes two thighs and one drum stick and also include two sides..when he asked me if I wanted two thighs I got confused because it said it included it so I questioned about that he seemed to be frustrated in his voice then he asked me if I wanted one or two sides and again I was confused because the sign said it included two sides..I wasn’t being rude I just was making sure I read it right because the sign said two sides. He began to get increasingly annoyed by my curiosity and said at this point you can go somewhere else and I said well at this point your being rude to a customer and I asked to speak to someone else because he was rude to me…I hope he didn’t do anything to my food…I always have to be careful at this location because often times I’ll get back to work to find what I ordered wasn’t what they gave me. The girl at the window was polite but I didn’t appreciated being treated that was as a customer…next time I’ll go to cook out even though I really wanted Bojangles…also normally they give u two biscuits and I think he gave me a broken one on purpose and only gave me one that I am Not eating because I’m afraid he did something to it. I’m sure he will defend himself and say he wasn’t rude but if u have a recording u should listen to it.

The absolute worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Every last person working here was rude as hell. They gave us half of our order and then were rude when we asked for the rest of our order. Also we were given the wrong sauce. And again they’re were rude when we asked for the correct sauce. When we went inside to get the correct sauce no one was paying attention and seemed annoyed that we were interrupting their texting. This place should be closed and the staff should all be fired. Also, apparently cleaning was too much to ask for as the parking lot was filthy.

Poorly managed location. First we had to get the attention of staff from back to place our order. The gentleman who took our order had an AirPod in one hear. Maybe if he took it out I would not have to keep repeating my order which he got wrong. When finally received order it was on biscuit not bun. Woman cooking the food proceeded to argue with the cashier about her not being a mind reader rather than just correcting my order. She ended up putting a cold slice of cheese on a cold bun with warm eggs. Hope this helps you fix your problem by letting you know the store needs at least one person with management experience. Also condiment bar was in need of stocking. ( no straws or pepper)
