This is the worst Bojangles in town. The staff are not organized and they make it seem like they just don’t want to do their job. I understand that everyone is understaffed right now but everytime we come to this one, there is a problem. I also do Uber eats and have had issues picking up for that at this restaurant as well. They have made us wait over thirty minutes for biscuits in the morning, after telling us it would be 8 minutes. Like what??? Why in the morning? They burn their biscuits often and good luck getting any kind of professional service. They look at you and walk away when you are waiting to place an order if you go inside. Just all around bad service. Bad food. Just bad. Such a shame.

This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. I waited 45 minutes for a chicken supreme meal. (25 of those minutes I waited just to order.) When trying to order, the male cashier simply walked away and slowly packed other orders while repeatedly looking over at me waiting. At one point he even looked at me, then said loudly to his coworker “I’m not taking anymore orders until I finish this,” then took 15+ minutes to pack a single order. While waiting I also saw other coworkers running around yelling at each other, while the drive through cashier complained and talked badly about drive through customers. Finally someone else took my order and I was stuck with the male cashier packing mine. When I asked for the sauce (which keep in mind, is included with the meal) that he didn’t pack, I was met with an eye roll and sigh as if I was inconveniencing him. I applaud his coworkers for having to deal with him. If you’re so miserable, go work somewhere that you aren’t required to interact with others.

I don’t write bad reviews. I understand someone has a bad day and I can forgive that. However, what I cant forgive is being lied to straight to my face. At 11:44 AM I was in the drive through waiting for 10 min at the box. When someone finally answered, I Ordered 1 #2 Large with a sweet tea and a second sandwich, and 2 Bo berry biscuits. I was told “We don’t have boberry biscuits at this time”. No biggie. Places run out of food all the time. I get to the window and I’m handed a medium drink and was told that it was rang up as a medium. Not a big deal it’s a quick fix. I offered to pay for the upgrade. I receive no response. When I am handed the large drink I see that there are carbonation bubbles on the lid and I ask “Is this sweet tea” to which the person working the window reply’s “Yes”. This was a bold face lie as I had watched them fill up the cup with Pepsi. I was not about to cause a scene, so I drove off with my “Tea”. This place really needs to get their staff together. I’ve had similar experiences with this Bojangles, but never been outright lied to straight to my face.

Horrible service. The restaurant was quiet and I waited 30 minutes for a door dash they didn’t start until long after I arrived. Had to drive through the window and wait in the lobby twice to get anyone’s attention that there was actually a customer. Teen employee and her much older co worker played with each other’s hats the whole time flirting instead of acknowledging me or doing anything for my order. Miserable wait for a Bojangles box.

Been in line for 25 minutes as i write this..when I had 3-4 cars in front of me. Still have yet to pay. There’s now about 15 cars behind me. Many of those cars are just driving off. I don’t blame them. It would probably be over an hour wait for them to get “fast food”. This location is terrible and the reviews speak for themselves. I don’t understand how corporate hasn’t stepped in to fix this place.

Food did not taste appetizing, felt like I was eating rubber or very processed food. Service lacks severely, everyone was visibly annoyed and upset. Also ANY sauce is $0.40 a piece

The filthiest, most disorganized, most disgusting location I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Staff members smoke cigarettes while prepping food, don’t wash their hands, cuss loudly, touch their faces, are on their phones nonstop, touch their hair, and eat and drink while prepping. The restaurant dining area is a wasteland of rotting crumbs, dirt, dust, and trash. It is a FOUL petri dish of a location. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this Bojangles like the plague. Extremely disorganized and rude….poor food and service. Placed my order at the window…got up to pay and had the wrong order also did not have my order even though they gave me the price before at the window. Slammed the biscuit around and had no napkins, fry seasoning on everything… I didn’t order fries? Pulled up out of the way and looked at the biscuit. It was in pieces and part was in the bottom of the bag. Requested a new one nicely. I was never rude to anyone and was met with nasty attitudes. Oh and almost broke my neck walking out of the dining area because the floor was so greasy. YUCK. Oh and had a piece of broken jewelry on top of my drink that fell off an employee!!!!! First for everything right? Never again.
