Items not as advertised. We got 3 County Ham biscuits from drive thru at 9:00 am. The biscuits were hard and the ham was harder and they just had a small piece of ham on each one. Absolutely a huge letdown. I had seen the commercial on TV and they looked so good. O had been craving a good country ham biscuit..i not go back to that place again. Not only the biscuits but we have got the chicken box before and it was so hard I wouldn’t give it to my dog. We are local. Each time we say we we are not going back. A few months later try it again benefit of doubt..even worse. As expensive as things are now it would be nice to get what you pay for and it look like the pictures and be hot food. Never again!

This location is always understaffed, which causes poor customer satisfaction. Today I placed an order through the app to be ready at 5:19pm. I arrive at 5:23pm and there was not anyone working the front. Five minutes later I was greeted and I asked about my mobile order. I was informed to give them a minute. The staff waited on drive through customers and they walk in customers before addressing my order. My mobile order immediately charges me, yet I am pushed to the side vs. the customers that placed orders after I. Whomever is the district or regional manager clearly does not care about this store because there is currently not any competition. When completion comes to this area they will lose their business. It is sad considering their food is good. I feel for the employees at this location not having leadership or someone in charge that cares.

Made a $60 order online and when they got there they said they were out of the food we ordered because they “just had a rush”. Didn’t refund our money and pieced together whatever food they could. We were not upset with the staff, because ultimately this is an issue of poor management. We are very disappointed that after responding to a generic “how was your order” email explaining what happened and going to their website to request a refund, we have still not heard anything. I had been holding off on this review, hoping someone would try to make things right, but this was three weeks ago.

Wow!!! SO TERRIBLE!!!! We should have looked at the reviews beforehand… Most disgusting food I had in years. Super slow service. We are pretty sure we witnessed a deal of some sort go down with Smokey’s car in the drive through window. JUST DON’T GO HERE!!!

Flies everywhere! Do somethong to fix that. Oh and the guy who stares off into space and does almost nothing needs to be fired. I swear he makes everything happening around him slower. I would not recommed this place at all. Upper management has a lot of issues to fix here. Hey Bojangles, you need to fire the woman in the picture she does nothing to help this place operate. She is compleately clueless om every level.

Drive thru service was top notch polite and friendly. I was in and out with out having a long wait in line. The biscuit I got was a whole other story. It was the thinnest biscuit I’ve ever had at bojangles. All I ordered was a bacon & cheese with a orange juice. So not only was it thin it was cold with half a slice of cheese with bacon that was so burnt that it crumbled into a bunch of pieces. Needless to say I’m very disappointed in our new store. Hopefully it will get better. Only time will tell.

I went here with my son on a Saturday morning for breakfast and it was as you would expect bojangles to be on a Saturday morning, slammed. With this also being a brand new location only a few days into business and with new staff, as someone with plenty of restaurant experience, I know it things can get crazy, fast. But I will say that the staff at this location handle the breakfast rush very professionally and caring of their customers from how I was treated to how I saw other customers being treated. Also, our breakfast was delicious!

Never coming back to this location. I frequent Bojangles at other locations but was not pleased with my experience here. Went through the drive thru, they got my order wrong and when I walked back in to fix it they told me I shouldn’t be in there since the lobby was closed. Told her I just wanted the right food. Then she proceeds to bring the right food just in her hands and dump it into my box instead of giving me a separate bag. Horrible experience. Never coming back.

Don’t even deserve the 1 star I gave them. Didn’t get all of our food. The Bo rounds were old and cold. No chicken sandwich!!!!! That we waited for 10mins. Went thru the drive thru. Then their phone number is a wireless number and can never get though to anyone. Sorry service! It wasn’t even busy. Spend alot money for nasty food. How hard is it to double check the order before you give to customers. Then take the time to say here is your chicken sandwich sir????
