It was a trip through the drive-thru which I found to be very convenient I placed my order and it was ready by the time I paid for it. The food was hot, Chicken was Crispy outside and meat was juicy and cooked to the bone. The beverage had just enough ice but not too much, and the biscuit was still warm and not gooey in the middle.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken meal with dirty rice,mash potatoes and gray and Cajun pinto beans the chicken was dark old and dry and the dirty rice was mushy. I called several times and they just let the phone ring and then when someone picked up noone says nothing. I’m very disappointed and would like my money back.

Stopped in Kinston Friday at the Bojangles near the hospital. I got a tailgate pkg (8pc chicken, 2 sides with tea) to go. The chicken was cooked just right, moist, yet done. The biscuits were perfect, thick and so soft, best I’ve had in a long time. So a shout out to the biscuit maker. Hope you pay them well and give them lots of praise so they will stay. What looked to be the Manager was working along beside her other help, making sure everything moved alongas it should It was lunchtime and didn’t have to wait long at all. They were really organized and everything was so good. So much better than our Bojangles in New Bern N.C.

I always go early in the morning for my chicken biscuit and fries and the large sweet tea. . . Food is always perfect. . . Service is always amazing by the ladies at the drive thru. . . .for them to always be busy, the morning shift is perfect. . . . Can’t say the same for the afternoon though! Had a bad experience the last few times our work sent for lunch. Fries were cold or either there were one to many old ones in the batch. And the grilled chicken sandwich is always thrown together. Tomato thicker then a snicker and brown lettuce. . . I’ll stick to breakfast only!

I just visited the drive thru at BoJangles at the Heritage Street Kinston location. After ordering our food, we pulled up to the window to pick up our breakfast only to met with an employee who had a sour grimmice on her face, see never said a word. She handed us our food and shut the window! No good morning, just a sour attitude! Not acceptable! The food was delicious. However, please put someone else in the drive thru who can properly and respectfully greet your paying customers!

Went drive thru only but so far this location has been better than the ones over on 70 and Vernon order has been so far been correct every time and i order large family of 7. I ordered A biscuits and gravy combo woth borounds with a Mountain Dew… they gave me what looks like a half a biscuit and ONE Boround. AND NO GRAVY… But at least the Mountain Dew was good… how are you supposed to give somebody a biscuits and gravy combo with no gravy…
