I have never been to a Bojangles where I was made to pay $1.34 more for adding cheese to a special. I told the girl the biscuit says $3.09 and I added cheese why are you charging me $4.44? She says because you didn’t get a drink. I tried to explain to her but the girl just refused to be an intelligent person today and put on her thinking cap. I’m getting tired of being overcharged because you hire idiots. Nowhere in this entire galaxy should you be charged a $1.34 for adding cheese. Looks like I’m done with Bojangles too. I am not going to keep wasting my money and you corporations can’t even train your people correctly. Done with it, so disappointed in Bojangles and the American school system

We got the chicken strip tailgate with mash potatoes gravy and dirty rice. The dirty rice tasted old and burnt. The sweet tea was definitely not fresh.

I really hate it that this Bojangles has gone hill so bad. It should truly be shut down. The food is never hot, and the dining room just shuts down when they choose to because they can’t keep staff. It’s horrible. I only go there if it’s my only option because there’s never no telling what I may have to deal with. I feel sorry for the few good employees that they do have. I’m sure people take their frustration out on them daily when they do the best that they can. Sad!

One of the worst Bojangles I’ve been to, biscuits are not cooked properly, not brown on top, doughy, Bo rounds are either not completely cooked or have sat under heat lamp too long, they can’t even get a country ham and egg biscuit correct. I just don’t bother to go here after several attempts and multiple screw ups by the staff.

The manager was horrible I went between 2pm and 3pm she was rude and the food was just as bad the biscuit was tough and the Supremes weren’t cooked completely and the dirty rice was not good. The sanitation grade was a 93 which isn’t bad!!!

Need to update time on website, and learn customer service Jamie. Probably explain why, you can not keep help! Learn how to talk to workers/ customers. You open late and close early. Food is never ready at time listed as opening.

My wife and I ordered a three-piece dark and dinner with a large sweet tea and mashed potatoes and a two-piece white dinner with macaroni and cheese and a large sweet tea. When we departed, we realized there was no biscuit, and both of them were two-piece dark dinners, and one of the sweet teas was unsweet.

The service was fast and the employees were polite and friendly. The food tasted great but the pieces of chicken seem to be getting smaller. Recently I was at the other chicken place and the pieces of chicken were a lot larger.
