As a Franchised Restaurant. How do you run out of Large cups, BBQ sauce and mess up the order by forgetting to add egg & cheese to a Cajun biscuit. Also stating that I want to “Bo Size your combo” and not getting the large fries! Meanwhile my wife’s Biscuit should’ve been used as a hockey puck. With the flat Pepsi to go with it. GET IT TOGETHER BOJANGLES! This is not your first year of Business. COMPLETELY unacceptable. By the time I looked at my food I had to get a Refund, wife kept her supreme. Usually every time I go here, I have little to no issues. This time the only thing was right were the drinks. I order a 4pc Supreme dinner with 2 extra strips, LG fry with extra seasoning. The chicken strips were basically chicken nuggets, and the fries had NO seasoning (on the receipt it’s clear as day it says extra). Then I ordered 2 3pc Supreme dinners, one had 2 chicken breasts instead of chicken strips. The other had 3 basically chicken nuggets, and I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, yet I received no gravy. This was really upsetting.

I cannot begin to say how disappointing this visit was. Had to wait at the drive thru order box before I could order with several cars behind me. Once I got my order there was no seasoning on the fries, the chicken leg look like a drumette from a wing, and the thigh once the breading was removed was only two small bites of chicken. The breading on the chicken was hard and almost impossible to eat. Please see photos the chicken is on a fry bag to give you an idea of just how small the chicken pieces were. They must be desperate and using pullets vs full grown chickens!

They were busy inside. So getting our order taken and given to us took a while. There was one rude customer coming back to the counter asking for lemons and if it was going to be sent to his table or not after coming up there for I think a sandwich and said out loud “it’s still warm, at least it’s not cold” like bro.. people disgust me. Food was pretty good, tea could’ve been better but over all experience if it wasn’t for that man, it’d be better.

Ordered two, two breast dinners and a wing dinner. Chicken tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Sides tasted old also. Biscuits hard as a brick order 4 got two. Wing dinner had no side. I got robbed.
