I ordered a pair of bacon egg and cheese biscuits through the drive through to satisfy a craving I’ve had the past few days with this being the first chance I had to satisfy it. The egg and cheese was missing from both biscuits. I had no time to get it corrected as I had to go to work. My meal was ruined by this.

Cajun filet biscuit would have been good if the biscuit covered it. Biscuit was falling apart on top because it was so thin and too small for the chicken. Also they were very slow and disorganized. I will try the other Bojangles next time.

The prices they are charging I can go to another restaurant and get th e same food at a lower price. Bojangles is forever out of something and instead of telling the customer they just make substitutes and leave a customer hanging. The Havelock store needs to work on customer service as I had sat at the window waiting for my food the cashier never opened the window and said your food will be right out or take a payment. So as I sat I got frustrated and drove off because the cashier was to busy flirting and socializing as a customer waits for interaction with staff.

Everyone was really friendly but they gave me fat-free ranch with the three salads I ordered. I don’t know if you’ve ever had fat-free ranch before but it’s not ranch at all it’s just water that’s dyed white with a little bit of garlic in it.

Everything was great till we got home with our order. It must have been left from lunch. We went thru the drive thru about 4pm. The Chicken Plate was dried out and not fit to eat and so was the Fish Sandwich.

Just the simple stuff and this particular Bojangles consistently makes these errors. Mash with no gravy. todays issue. Previous issues 3 supremes for a 4 piece Supreme dinner. No utensils in box for drive thru. It’s annoying especially when my order is very simple. To be specific the only thing wrong on this particular order was the mash.
