First time to Bojangles. Service was fast and food delivered hot. Nice menu variety. Ordered the chicken breast. The chicken was great. I didn’t really enjoy the breading – although it was crispy and tasty I thought it was a bit thick and heavy. The coleslaw in the green beans were great. Anxious to try some of their other menu offerings on my next visits.

I know this location has had some problems in the past, but when I was here tonight (May 14, 2023) everything was perfect. The order was correct right down to the UNSWEETENED tea! The person working drive-thru was really nice, they wished me a “Happy Mother’s day ” my kid hadn’t done that yet!

I pulled up to the drive-thru window and I can smell the restaurant from the outside of the window it smelled like rotten food I waited 5 minutes on part of my order and the other part that was already ready is now cold and not fresh if I had to wait for one thing they should have went ahead and made everything fresh at the same time. I just can’t get over the smell that I was smelling and makes me not want to eat my food.

I ordered a tailgate they hand it without the tailgate box . When question they say they out and u could clearly see the tailgate boxes behind them. And then my chicken was falling all in the bag that they gave it to me in . The service was very poor ,could be better .need lot of training .

Went here for dinner around 6pm on a Thursday evening. It was a bit slow inside, but the food was hot and very good. The manager was also very kind and generous. Bojangles seems to be doing very well. Apparently they are getting ready to expand to other states. Very glad to hear this as they are my favorite fast food chain for chicken.

Nothing is ever good with just “normal” or “average” when it comes to reviews of a restaurant. Yes this is fast food but that should mean the bar is set pretty low on normal. That being said… I stopped going because one thing and one thing only had me coming back; PRICE. Now that the prices have gone up so should the service (in my opinion) to compensate somewhat. Especially if its only drive-through. Well its all the same below average service. Ask for anything and it’s an upcharge. And you better make sure it’s there WHILE YOUR STILL THERE!… The chicken supremes are tiny now so nothing but normal there. And the stuff I do get charged I didn’t get like gravy (Norma the manager seems miserable and everyone around her she seems to bring down with her). No one is even happy ket alone fake smiling. Very blunt people and annoyed to be serving period. Never napkins or even butter with the biscuits…
