The prices keep going up and the size of the chicken gets smaller and smaller. Service is terrible as the employees do not greet you nor do they thank you. I loved Bojangles but the past year has been very disappointing.

Bojangles in Snow Hill. I’m really getting tired and upset with the way Bojangles is going. The prices are downright outrageously ridiculous. I purchased a 2 piece chicken of which I will say I substituted a leg for the wing, that substitute costed me an extra $1.50 I didn’t really want a drink but of course they will not deduct any money if you don’t want something but if you want a drink with your meal they will absolutely charge you an extra $2.50 at least that doesn’t make sense to me. When I received my food it was overcooked and dry. I like mine a little spicy but they got a little excited it was a little much. I can literally get a steak and baked potato dinner for the price I paid. I could also buy 2 whole chickens and fix them at home for this price. I normally just grin and bear it but this is getting ridiculous with how hard money is to come by in my life and most normal people. For this price you would expect to have a succulent dinner with freshly cooked juicy chicken and sides with at least decent common courteous customer service but I guess that’s to much to ask for. Am I wrong?

It is not always a great experience but I know how it goes in the fast food industry. They have a good crew but not enough experienced crew members, and they are outnumbered by the newbies. So when you visit please remember this.. They are doing the best they can and some are new, so please don’t yell, scream, name call or make their day worse. Just think, they are already serving you and yet they are required to smile and treat you with respect. Please do the same to them and give them a reason to sincerely do those things instead of pantomime them! Thank you and have a blessed day!

Everything about this location was undesirable. The nasty attitude of the young lady, taking our order, the amount of flies we had to smack away from us as we were waiting over 20 minutes for our order to be prepared, my chicken sandwich being made incorrectly after I repeated my order three times which wasn’t that difficult. I only wanted cheese added to it. My husband wanted to order a three piece dark meat chicken meal but there was no dark meat (go figure at a chicken restaurant) so, he had to change it to a two piece white meat , and they immediately put that in a box, but did not close the lid, because I guess they were waiting to put his side items and it. So, the flies were already buzzing on top of it while he was waiting 20 minutes, I guess for them to not put the cheese on my chicken sandwich. After this she came and told me. “ we ain’t gots no biscuits” by this point we just decided it would be best to get a refund. We told the cashier to go get the manager. The manager doesn’t say one word to us, she turns her little key out of pops a receipt, the money was put back on our debit card and out we walk of the restaurant, that was the worst customer service we have ever received in our lives, and I am very grateful that we did not have the opportunity to taste the food because I’m sure it would’ve been atrocious! And this morning we probably would’ve both been vomiting.

The manager of this store is rude and disrespectful. He asked a customer to repeat his order because he could not understand what he was saying. Another customer repeated what the gentleman said to the manager. The manager then says Oh, I don’t understand kindergarten dropout English.
